Cyclekart - 1906 Locomobile Inspired Build (engine base - floor - brake brackets - drawing)

This time I'm showing you how the engine base was built, I dropped it as low as possible at least level with the bumper. Also I covered a portion of the floor where my feet will go, there's a bunch of holes on that sheet of metal I used and that is because I sacrificed the base of a dust collector I have. Won't be able to put the dust collector back together now 😄. Then, you'll see how I decided to place the brackets for the brake calipers. Lastly, you'll see the drawing I put together for this build. Definitely not professionally planned so I don't recommend them to be used. They should help you build your own in case you are thinking about doing something similar.
If you are thinking about starting a journey like this just get started otherwise time will fly by. It took me over 10 years to get started. it is very fun.

Esta vez les muestro cómo se construyó la base del motor, la dejé lo más bajo posible al menos al nivel del parachoques. También cubrí una porción del piso donde irán mis pies, hay un montón de agujeros en esa lámina de metal que usé y eso es porque sacrifiqué la base de un recolector de polvo que tengo. Ahora no podremos volver a armar el recolector de polvo 😄. Luego verás cómo decidí colocar los soportes de las pinzas de freno. Por último, verás el dibujo que hice para esta construcción. Definitivamente no están planeados profesionalmente, por lo que no recomiendo su uso. Deberían ayudarte a construir el tuyo propio en caso de que estés pensando en hacer algo similar.
Si estás pensando en emprender un pasatiempo como este, simplemente empieza, de lo contrario el tiempo pasará volando. Me llevó más de 10 años empezar. es muy divertido.
