Great thing about Vietnam & Thailand is not only variety, inexpensive, convenient, but the fact that you can just plop down, point out what you want & eat. No menu, no waiter/waitress, no wasted time. When I'm hungry I don't want to wait. Cash too, I love that. And as you show in video, these ppl truly love having ppl enjoy their food. The lady added more veggies to your plate cause she saw that you liked it. I get that too. If you cook you want to see ppl appreciate it. Wonderful ppl in both countries!!! Can't emphasize that enough. Nice work, my man! Bon appetit!👍🇨🇷🇻🇳

What I loved most was the Auntie from Bun Bo Hue shop smiling in the background as you tasted that sate by itself, and then bringing you the extra herbs. That's what a real cook does.....cares about what they cook and also about the folks whom they want to enjoy it.

I think the beef is shin. It is tasty because it is slightly fatty and sinewy, so when cooked slowly, it releases the flavour of the beef and tenderises it.

Honestly, the food in Vietnam is delicious and cheap, it's lucky if you have a friend in Vietnam. because they will help you discover many, many other dishes. The food in Vietnam is extremely diverse and has certain differences. if you have a chance, you should learn more dishes here, but it must be the street food, because you know, street food vendors are like our mothers, they have many years of experience and almost all cook very well.

There are three types of Pho: Beef Pho, Chicken Pho, and Horse Meat Pho. But people who eat horse meat are very few, so only beef noodle soup and chicken noodle soup are more popular.
In addition, there are 5 Vietnamese medicinal herbs - combined with spices and concoctions to suit your taste, it's perfect.

The Vietnamese sausage (Cha lua) I’ve had British gfs who aren’t a fan of it, simply, because they thought it’s process meats. When I tell them how it’s made and that the flour gives it the bouncy texture, then they come around to it. East/southeast Asian cultures likes a bit of spring in their food, as they feel it’s more fresh than if it was softer/mushy. That’s the physiology behind the preference I guess.

Tip for crossing street in Vietnam:
Many tourist foreigners scared of traffic in VN . Don’t worry about it! The rule to win this fear is keep routin slowly walking when you across the streams of motobike! motor-bykers knows how to avoid you themself in chaos-order! remmember do not runs and stop suddently , accident immidiatly ! Don’t be affraid off and do it if you want to be safety in the crazy- traffic in Vietnam.
