INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
BOIL 2 CUP WATER
½ TSPN SALT
1 TSPN OIL
1 CUP PENNE PASTA
BOIL FOR 10 MIN.
STRAIN THE WATER
WASH WITH WATER
MAKING WHITE SAUCE:
2 TBSP BUTTER
2 TBSP FLOUR
ROAST FOR 1 MIN.
1 CUP MILK
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
1 CHEESE SLICE
1 TBSP OIL
1 TBSP GARLIC
FRY IT FOR 1 MIN. IN LOW HEAT
¼ CUP RED BELL PEPPER
¼ CUP YELLOW BELL PEPPER
¼ CUP GREEN CAPSICUM
FRY FOR 1 MIN.
½ TSPN MIX HERBS
½ TSPN CHILLI FLAKES
½ TSPN OREGANO
BOILED PASTA
½ TSPN BLACK PEPPER POWDER
½ TSPN SALT
ADD THE WHITE SAUCE
MIX IT WELL
POUR IN A HEAT PROOF MOULD
SOME MOZZARELLA CHEESE
BLACK OLIVE
CHILLI FLAKES
COOK FOR 10 MIN.
