In this video, we install the Xforce catback exhaust on the Forte GT! If you own a Forte GT and are looking to make it louder, look no further than the XForce Catback exhaust! Installed this in my car about two weeks ago. It is a blast, all around a great exhaust, and brings in so much more sound to the car. Having the ability to close and open the valves comes in handy in early mornings and late nights.

Does the exhaust move around a lot like in the video?
@@wingopimp353 It does, but honestly doesn’t bother me. At first it was a little sketchy how much it moved around but it’s on there good. Does not hit anything or scrape while driving. Been driving the car for about 2 weeks with it and no issue.

There has to be something else going on under that hood for the turbo to sound like that. I also have the AEM intake and sounds nothing like that.

@@Fretless33Bass I think it’s just an intercooler resonator delete I have one on my forte and the turbo is pretty loud

I agree with you on that, I’m not a big fan of dual tips, I love keeping it as inconspicuous as possible 😂
I wish there was a way to set it up so that when you put it in sport mode, the valve opened instead of pushing the button.

For anyone wondering how they made the turbo sound like a super charger its a gvb hybrid bov with wistle trumpet and they have a aem intake and a ek1 tune

I think there bov/recerc valve with the trumpet makes it sound like that plus the aem intake and racechip

Does this void the cars warranty? I just bought a 2022 Kia Forte GT 6-Speed and the warranty is fantastic so I don't want to risk losing it.
It should not affect your warranty!

Iv got a sxth intake and a boomba blow off valve and my turbo is very loud
@@rylanberthold its the same venting blow off valve that they offer for the veloster turbo. I have a sxth element intake with eliminated the plug that youd normally have to instal.

I have an aem intake with plenty of other mods, frankly my turbo definitely doesn't sound like it.

What does it mean to have the muffler/exhaust open/closed? How do you change it?
there's a controllable valve in the muffler that when opened will make the car louder, but closed will still have the car louder than stock

I just had mine installed - i can't tell which setting is OPEN and which is CLOSED (i park in a parking garage and there's so much echo) is A OPEN and B CLOSED, or the other way around?
Hold the buttons until you hear change. They are not a on press open. Its a motor that can stop at anytime.

@pandamotorsports what’s difference between this Xforce Exhaust and MBRP Exhaust that you guys did video on
XForce is a full exhaust system. MBRP is only the muffler section. XForce also has valve control, MBRP does not

A Catback exhaust should not void your warranty and we have yet to see one do so as well!

Can a Kia Forte GT exhaust system fit on a regular Forte?
No, because the GT has a dual exit, where the other trim Fortes have single exit

It can not. This is for the GT only.

If I install this will I lose my warranty cause I want to get an exhaust but don't want to ruin the warranty
A catback should now void any warranties. The law states any warranty denial should have clear proof/evidence of the non OEM part causing said failure.
In our years of experience we have not seen any warranty denied for a catback but can not guarantee this as we are not the manufacture. I would recommend reaching out to your local dealer and asking them their thoughts.

Sadly it will not.

We currently do not have any exhaust options available for the 2.0 GT-Line

It will not, as the GT and GT-Line have different exhaust setups

We do not carry or know of any ready-made exhaust setups for the 2.0 GT-Line. You will likely need a custom or universal setup

A catback should never void a warranty but we recommend checking with your local dealer as the decisions is mostly up to the dealers vs manufacture on how they would approach a warranty situation with aftermarket parts installed

It won’t fit the GT-Line as it only has one exhaust outlet on the right side of the vehicle.

It does not
Apart from the noise... are there any performance benefits... bhp/acceleration/etc?
Otherwise it's just ear candy and that will quickly become boring.
what is the spoiler thing on back glass?
Rear window spoiler. Got mine from Amazon and it looks great. LIGHTKOREA is the brand. Comes completely painted gloss black and has 3m installed. Metal hooks into top of the glass. 1 minute install 👍

No gt line is 2.0 naturally aspirated. You can only tune the 1.6 turbo, by all means you can dress it up very nicely, I’ve seen some nice ones
Easier to modify a turbo engine already has intercooler and setup,where the 2.0 you’ll have to add a lot of parts to make a turbo work
I live in California so unfortunately my car will never sound this good.

AEM Intake, XForce Exhaust, HKS Spark Plugs, and a RaceChip GTS! Everything else done is suspension and aesthetics!

It is a very fun car to drive with a growing enthusiast community. Not much else on the new car market can provide this much fun and practicality at its price point! Its turbocharged, weighs under 3,000lbs and comes with either a 6 Speed manual or Dual Clutch Transmission!
