- Acrylic pouring inspirational video! Thanks for being here! One of my biggest paintings yet! I practiced on smaller canvas this pink and gold technique inspired by acrylic blog. I absolutely love this painting! The colour pallet is so beautiful.
I’ve been learning paint pouring for years, but recently my nursing has taken priority to where I’ve not had the will to burst out my many tools to paint again. I was getting quite good too lol! However, it’s just not been within my heart. If only you knew how much your process has lifted me out of my sadness. I took my paints out today and just revelled in the many colours of life, especially my quinacridone orange, which has to be one of the yummiest colours I know. Thankyou for being an inspiration to me. I’m hoping that one day I’ll feel free enough to create and fill my heart again. Your talent is infinite.❤️

I started pouring last year after my husband bought me some canvases. I didn't have the heart to continue life drawing through the pandemic, which is my forte) and i have watch your style develop with huge interest. I have been encouraged by you to try new ways of pouring and not to be frightened of it not being 'perfect'. It's my release, my curiosity, and my freedom. Thank you for being such an inspiration and encouragement. I hope one day I'll be able to paint figures again but until then, this brings me so much joy.
Watching you work has inspired me to do this and to be able to create something for my sister. My sister has been clean and sober for 6 years now and it is strong in me to be able to create something that will make her happy when she looks at it. Your art is gorgeous and splendid. So Stunning. I started watching Acrylic pouring about 10 months ago. I absolutely can't get enough of watching your work and several others. So Timeless, and it makes your spirit soar and revel in the beauty of the paint flowing and cells popping. Finally several months ago I got up enough courage to do my first pour. I was nervous and procrastinated. But I am loving it and enjoying the transformations from plain canvas to beauty of colors, cells, designs.

This is absolutely gorgeous!!! It turned out so beautiful and soft and earthy but some nice contrast too. I love how you make the colors more earthy, so, still pink, but feels more natural especially mixed with the rest...like you cracked open a beautiful rock with the gorgeous veins of golds and earthy pinks...just beautiful :)
Absolutely gorgeous. I so hope the clients were as enthusiastic. Watching you finish with touch up and brush was interesting. And reassuring. I do almost as much and somehow just can't leave my work until I know it's done. The touch up makes a substantial difference. I love your work and will hope to see more. !
Color pallet calming yet bold as is almost a signature of your work. Thrilled to see an artist experimenting and seeing that silicone is not the toxic poison it is so often made out to be...especially in this limited top application it allows more intentional cell placement. Your detail work once dry brings everything to life. BRAVO again.
Thank you so much Michelle! I was not a big fan of silicone for a long time, however you strategically I think it can be really beautiful. It’s definitely not toxic. It’s a bit of a job to get it off once it’s dry, but when I applied on the top it’s not that big of a deal. I appreciate you!❤️✨
@@SaraTaylor No it is not toxic. My first introduction to "pouring " was with silicone. I was being sarcastic that many artists have (or do) act as though it is horrible, or what I sarcastically called a "toxic poison ". Early on when I added it to many colors in flip cups and stuff, it required some work to remove...but was not the nightmare some acted like it was.

Does anyone else just watch these super videos without doing any pouring? This is amazing! I can totally identify with @Tania Lake but for different reasons. I had a stroke in March which left me with some left sided weakness and coordination issues and I have no will to do what used to bring me so much joy. I look at my paints, and sit in my art room but I have no inspiration to do anything.

Love the protected corner technique. I am so glad to see that someone finally appreciates the value of the paint , and not from just a cost perspective , but from an aesthetic perspective too. So many videos make me cringe from watching a tilt that has torrents of paint just flowing off the edges with beautiful colors and patterns already on the canvas wasted forever.
I mainly do smaller 12x12 tiles but I am still inspired now to build some corner devices made out of PVC composite trim boards I have, this way I can clean them and reuse them ! Thank you.

What a very unique painting. Love the the rose gold marbling effect with natural looking veins and ombré look. Also the cells are beautiful and makes the painting pop with the darker colors. So gorgeous. Congratulations.
