decide on one thing....after bsc in b'tech you have to continue your studies in order to excel in said field. and in bpt, you can directly start your job or center, but there will be also struggle in bpt. my recommendation is that you just go through syllabus of both these...while reviewing you'll have a inner feeling that which one is best for you. so choose wisely

Both are 4 years course. Job prospects are different. If you are good in Chemistry and like to read it more than B.Pharma is better for you.
But if you like to study an easy course with multiple career aspects and better future prospects than B Sc Agriculture and B.Sc in Agriculture Technology will be better for you.
