Staying in a Job for Too Long:
Lesson Learned: Complacency can hinder career growth.
Why It Happens: Comfort and familiarity often keep people in the same job longer than they should.
What to Do: Regularly assess your career goals and market value. Aim to switch roles or companies every few years to gain diverse experiences and keep your skills relevant.
Not Responding to Job Opportunities Because You Are Too Comfortable:
Lesson Learned: Missing out on better opportunities can limit your career progression.
Why It Happens: Comfort and a fear of change can make you overlook potential advancements.
What to Do: Stay active on professional networks and job boards, even if you're content. Evaluate offers and be open to discussions, as they can lead to unexpected and beneficial career moves.
Being Too Loyal to a Company, Doing Hard Work for Promotion:
Lesson Learned: Loyalty doesn't always lead to career advancement.
Why It Happens: Belief that dedication will be rewarded with promotions and pay raises.
What to Do: Understand your company's promotion and reward policies. If your hard work isn't recognized, consider looking elsewhere where your contributions are valued.
Sticking with the Same Technology That Gets Obsolete:
Lesson Learned: Technology evolves rapidly, and staying with outdated tech can make you less marketable.
Why It Happens: Comfort with current technologies and resistance to learning new ones.
What to Do: Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. Take courses, attend workshops, and participate in online communities to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Staying Until Layoff Even Though You Did Well in the Past but Are Irrelevant Now:
Lesson Learned: Past performance doesn't guarantee job security.
Why It Happens: Trust in the company's stability and personal history of success.
What to Do: Stay aware of industry and company changes. If your role or skills are becoming obsolete, proactively seek new opportunities within or outside the company before it's too late.
Good quotes
Truth is - you'll never know how tomorrow would be so never regret, keep learning.
Past ni pattunchukoru ani nvu antunav bro but ma frnd ki 2 years back vachina escalation chupinchi promotion aapesaru
Past matters in love, in life and in career
Smart work is very important. I don't think, loyalty is a suitable word in IT industry.
A soap manufacturing company owner will throw IT professionals in rescission, when his IT company don't want their staff.
A wife tells story about poor people and charity, but husband wants to squeez their employee boold in his IT company.
A car manufacturing company owner talks about customer values. But, his IT company is facing so many financial fraud eligations in multiple countries because of his IT management mistakes in dealing client projects.
An Indistrial giant is an inspiration to whole country. Unfortunately, his IT company is example of employee torture and politics.
Hope you all understand about whom I am talking to.
Common guys, there is no room for layalty. Everthing is business. Be smart and enjoy your IT career.
Your words... 💯 Correct ❤
Good information sir
First point - vaalla frustration tho and kaali time tho pakka vallani work life lo disturb chesi target chesthu untaru , andharu kadhu but unnaru

hi anna iam 2018 Btech civil
i know manual testing but now iam trying for Quality assurance Engineer SQA its better ena ? or else present edi better ana calls ki plus less coding jobs
Brother, Security testing is having good demand in testing area. You might know already about Performance testing and it is also having marginal demand. If you want to learn some reporting tools, then it is also a good option.
Cloud computing is also a good area to explore. Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) is having less coding in Cloud computing area.
