I'm not sure why this is, but every time I add a background image to my stream, I get an error that says "Attempted to start an invalid broadcast session," but I can stream just fine without the background image... is that an app bug or an iOS issue?

As a relative neophite, I would love a video tutorial on how to add an rtmp video source from start to finish. I use Prism to film my child's hockey games and would love to add video from a second phone in an overlay that is specifically pointed at the scoreboard for the entirety of the game. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated! Or if anyone on the board can help me out I would love it. Essentially I think I just need to know where 9or what video app) can I put the trmp url and key into to get the video sent to the overlay?

is there a way to contact prism directly for help ? i am a new streamer and just got affliated on twitch and i use prism mobile and stream direct from phone as my laptop isnt compatible to stream , so i need to find a way to use mic as i play game as my mic is where my hand sits and it creates a scrstching sound during my stream so i have to turn off mic to stream , would love a direct chat so i can myself set up and keep using prism as my main streaming tool

Hlo dear developers , I wanted to ask you CAN you pls add save settings & whatever we do in prism Live studio?? Like I have logged in through my email . But When I deleted the app And Re-install & re-logged in through my email , NOTHING was saved....

In general, when signing out of an app, the user's settings should be deleted to protect the user's privacy. This is the part that guides everywhere, including OS platforms. But we understand what you are talking about and we will start thinking about it. thank you

In fact, it is not easy to ensure the operation of web widget overlays in streaming apps. The cause of the issue may be in the web widget itself, the PRISM app, or both. Of course, we nevertheless understand the importance of providing this feature and are currently reviewing the issue. Sorry for your inconvenience. We will check and do something about it.

hello im having trouble with the chat widget, it only shows the sample built in text and not my actual chats text. also the web widgets do not work well, is there a setting im not aware of perhaps? stream labs chat overlay widget wont show up, and same with alert box. also kappamon doesnt fully show up on the actual stream. (for screen record broadcasting from mobile)

@PRISM Live Studio how do I add chats from RTMP video source since prism chat does not allow those sources on chat. Using PC version more than the app.

The expression 'RTMP video source' is somewhat confusing. PRISM mobile app provides a function called ‘RTMP Overlay’, which is also called ‘RTMP Source’. Alternatively, it can also be understood as streaming using the Custom RTMP function. However, technically chat cannot be provided in either case at this time. This is because the RTMP protocol for streaming video does not support chatting. In other words, chat is only supported if you are logged into the platform using your account.
