I got the Superfly tarp and love it, and just ordered the WB BB XLC hammock. Looking forward to using that this winter here in north western NC. I grew up in the iron range in northern MN for the first 23 yrs of my life, and man do I miss the snow and cold.

The interspersed solo mandolin accompaniment blended with the scene's conclusion showing the surreal blue tubes and a dramatic appearance His Royal Magesty, 'Acer regem' (Latin for Maple King) was a 'coup de dramatique'. The ultimate comedic element for this episode was the spontaneous "escaping life" remark and the admonishment from Hannah (Hahnah.) A refreshing cerebral Cinema Noir departure from the hilarity of slapstick alone. This IS the soul of Vermont without Thorazine. Hoorah & huzzah! 👍👍👍👍👍 Cudos to Kent for developing the character to a frighteningly authentic denizen of the Sugarwoods,(or should I say Shug-ah-woods).

If you've ever been to the hinterlands the far North Eastern US (e.g. Northern Vermont, New Hampshire, and practically all of Maine, there is some sort of New England juju going on. Wonderful people, lovely mountains, but some unseen , indescribable "thing" happening. If it's any consolation, I would love to understand the mythical language and mind set of "Strile" in OZ. I will even risk being cliché by admitting, despite what my fellow countrymen/women might think, that I love Vegemite and Bega. It is heavenly. Forgive my brashness, but the US is having some very strange times. Life in "La-La Land."

Maple is the king tree in Vermont, good video- i went to Vermont in sept. for the first time, such a pretty state, i carcamped in 4 campgrounds of the Green Mtn. Nat. forest and really enjoyed it.

Damn... Wish I'd known you were up there. We we in the Lincoln / Middlebury Gap part of the trail just before you started this. You need to film how difficult some parts of the trail are - like you actually climbing up some difficult spots and you need to go further south next time - where it really gets crazy!

I really like it. Use it mainly for my drinking whilst hiking. Fill it and drink up and flows well.
Try some maple syrup in your water. I love it. It would make a great soda too.
