- Congratulations! Pooja Kumari Jha (GSI QIP Student) secured All India Rank 82, in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2021.
UPSC CSE 2021 final result is out and all of us at Rau’s IAS are jubilant and proud of the success of so many of our students. Our students, yet again, have bagged the top honors in Civil Services Exam. So far, we have learned that Rau’s students have secured 10 ranks in the top 20, 250+in selections in CSE 2021.

This is one of the emotional story i came across.. The best part of her journey to become an IAS is that when her father who was working as a peon, has never met his manager , in whose firm he was working.. The poor father's Daughters are the best onez who always strive hard nd keep themselves modest to protect the honour and dignity of a Father..This is a real Story ❤❤

अधिकतर यूपीएससी पास करने वाले बड़ी बड़ी यूनिवर्सिटी या कॉलेज से आते है। कोई आईआईटी से हे तो कोई जेएनयू से। इनको पूरा माहौल मिलता हे । यूपीएससी जैसी परीक्षा की तैयारी करने का। उच्च मध्यम वर्ग या अमीर वर्ग के परिवार वालों के बच्चे दिल्ली,लखनऊ, हैदराबाद, मुंबई जैसी जगह जाकर पढ़ते है। जिनकी फ़ी 1 लाख से ज्यादा है। और यूपीएससी का सबसे अच्छा मटेरियल अंग्रेजी में उपलब्ध है। यह तक की यूपीएससी प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में हिंदी अनुवाद में भी कई गलतियां होती है। हिंदी या दूसरी भाषा में परीक्षा की तैयारी करने वाले परीक्षार्थी को भी अंग्रेजी में सवाल को पढ़ना पड़ता है । ताकि उसे समझ आए। इसलिए अधिकतर बच्चे अंग्रेजी मध्यम से यूपीएससी पास करते है।UPSC prelims परीक्षा में sharp mind ka test leta he।fir मुख्य परीक्षा में भी नीतिशास्त्र का पेपर लेकर mind ka test leta he। आज पूरे भारत में कई कोचिंग सेंटर बन गए हे जहा यूपीएससी के मुख्य परीक्षा के सवाल के सारे answer मिल जाते है। जेस पक्ष में तर्क, विपक्ष में तर्क, आलोचना, सुझाव, विवरण, ऐतिहासिक पृषठभूमि, निष्कर्ष। जिसमे विधायर्थी को सिर्फ रट्टा बाजी करनी है। और थोड़ी सी स्मार्टनेस दिखानी है। यूपीएससी पास करने वालो से पूछा जाए कि नेपाल, भूटान को भारत मे मिला लेने के लिए क्या कदम उठाने चाहिए तोह 99 % यूपीएससी पढ़ने वाले और पास होने वाले fail हो जाएंगे।मैने लिखा था यूपीएससी को।
की यूपीएससी परीक्षा upper middle class( उच्च माध्यम आय वाले परिवार) और अमीर लोगों की परीक्षा बन गई है। और इंग्लिश माध्यम वालो की परीक्षा है। जो जोरदार रट्टाबाजी कर सकता है वहीं यूपीएससी पास कर सकता है।गुजरात लोक सेवा आयोग में 35 वर्ष तक परीक्षा देने की मर्यादा है और कोई attempt मर्यादा नहीं है। जबकि upsc में 32 वर्ष तक परीक्षा देने की सीमा हे और attmpt मर्यादा भी मात्र 6 हे। गुजरात लोक सेवा आयोग का तर्क है कि हर साल रिक्त पदो की संख्या कम ज्यादा हो सकती है। प्रतिवर्ष मेरिट भी ज्यादा/कम हो सकता है। एग्जाम का पेपर कोई साल easy होता है तो कुछ साल मुश्किल। इसलिए attempt मर्यादा GPSC ने निकाल दी थी। लेकिन UPSC क्यो यह तर्क के आधार पर फैसला नहीं ले रही?

I still believe one thing is overrated in preparation, everyone is saying you need family support mental support, it's a long journey.
Just ask one Qn. What if you don't have that luxury. Majority do not have that trust me when I say this. If you got one you're already lucky even if you do not clear, your life will be good.
Few unlucky like us have to fight for everything in Life, lower middle class dysfunctional family, false pride, son Meta preference and what not.
But The selection demand only one thing your passion. If you got that, everything else will fall in line automatically.

What is Rankers batch and how to get into it?
Rankers batch is QIP REVISION CLASSES after prelims.
Dedicated classes for aspirants appearing in mains.. it is comprehensive course with Quality Improvement classes for coming mains, test series and mentorship for excellence in mains exam. This course is for candidates who have qualified prelims.

आज़ादी से पहले महात्मा गांधीजी, जवाहरलाल नेहरू जी, सरदार वल्लभभई पटेल जी, भीमराव अम्बेडकर जी इन सबने विदेश में जाकर शिक्षा प्राप्त की थी। इसका मतलब ये नहीं कि अंग्रेजो और राजा महाराजा द्वारा बनाया गई शिक्षण व्यवस्था और राजनीतिक व्यस्था अच्छी थी। आज़ादी से पहले कुछ सामान्य घर के भारतीयों ने पढ़ाई की थी और उच्च डिग्री प्राप्त की थी। ऐसा ही वर्तमान में UPSC के लिए है। वर्तमान में कुछ ही गरीब परिवार के बच्चे एग्जाम पास करके आईएएस/आईपीएस बन पा रहे हे। इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि यूपीएससी exam pattern अच्छा है।
