‘The Holiday’ is one of my all time favorite movies. And one of my favorite things about it is how Jack Black’s character is so endearing and sweet. (He usually plays that funny, goof ball guy; but he’s darling in this!)
Before We Go is so underrated that it's not even in the underrated list. It's a great and sincere movie starring Chris Evans and Alice Eve, directed by Chris Evans.
Kate & Leopold is fantastic, Hugh should make another romance story sometime also the chemistry between Lily Collins & Sam Claflin in Love Rosie is so charming and cute
Kind of rude that they don't even acknowledge how many times zoe kazan pops up on this list )while fawning over ryan reynolds) or how talented she is specifically at being charming. Especially in Ruby Sparks where she virtually plays an entirely different person every 25 mins.

I see The Holiday talked about every year near Christmas, but hardly ever as just as romcom. For me, it's the romcom elements that make it easy to watch any time of the year, although Christmas is definitely the best :P
Serendipity is overrated, IMHO. There's more underrated ones, like High Fidelity, The Rebound, and Man Up! Man Up is massively underrated, do yourselves a favour and watch it!
Serendipity is terrible. I'm all for fantasy-level idealism, soulmate beliefs, but the leads were simply dumb. I'm only glad they got together because their exes are much better off without their dumbasses.
@@kerriethompson2073 Agreed. I like the interpretation and the cast is excellent. Drew Barrymore really fits this role and Angelica Huston is about as wicked as a stepmother can get.

"Love, Rosie" is so pleasing to watch. Actors are beautiful and their love story isn't a cliche. Otherwise "Letters to Juliet" is so boring and predictable. P. S. And I just adore "Leap year" and strongly recommend everyone else to see it just as "About time" and "Flipped" ❤
So many of my favorites are on this list that it makes me want to watch the few movies I haven't seen yet. Any list that includes Serendipity, What If and The Holiday is great in my book!
Hated the book and movie. Couldn’t get over the premise. The movie tried to clean things up by making the bff cheat on her fiancé but still unlikeable characters and situation.
Add in the list 1. *In your Eyes* (Zoe Kazan and Michael Stahl-David) This is one of my fave romcoms. It's like Kimi No Nawa. 2. *Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist* (Kat Dennings and Michael Cera)
I've seen all but two of the films you mention and enjoyed them all thoroughly. I would, however, rate "Safety Not Guaranteed" far above "About Time", since in the former, the time-travel aspect (always a bit difficult to do well, I think) plays only a subordinate role and the characters are much quirkier and more diverse. But then, maybe that's just my personal taste.
Letters to Juliet is my favorite Rom-Com and I wish this was higher on the list. I saw it three times in theaters and I didn't realize it bombed at the box office. Not enough people talk about this movie! I also love Leap Year, which coincidentally was released only four months before Letters to Juliet. 2010 was a good year for Rom Coms!
."Last Christmas" with Emilia Clarke, 2"Safety not Guaranteed" with Aubrey Plaza, 3"Simply Irresistible" with Sarah Michelle Gellar, 4"Me Before You" with Emilia Clarke 5"Win a Date with Tad Hamilton" with Topher Grace 6."The Duff" with Mae Whitman 7." Five Year Engagement" with Emily Blunt 8."Blast from The Past" with Alicia Silverstone 9."Seeking a Friend for the End of the world" with Kiera Knightley 10 "Flipped" 11."Forces of Nature" with Sandra Bullock 12."Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" with Matthew McConaughey
I fell in love with the movie Chasing Liberty ever since it came out. I still have the dvd from then. I even talked about in a job interview and got the job
Sleeping With Other People is another good one. Also I’m glad Friends With Kids was on this. I’ve seen the others on lots of lists like this but rarely that one.

Just like heaven is one of my favourite movies! So glad is on this list!
It's funny how many Black movies are seen as "underrated" in white communities, when they are actually classics to Black people.
LOVE ROSIE NATION RISEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WE WONNNNNNNNNNNN
Love, Rosie and About Time! Totally underrated
Love the Matthew Goode hits the list twice! Had the biggest crush on him when I was a teen.
Don't sleep on "Imagine me and you" one of my favorites!
Yes! SO underrated!
I can’t believe Kate & Leopold was on here. I forgot about that movie but remember loving it!
THE SWITCH IS EXTREMELY UNDERRATED. It’s the cutest and so heartwarming!!!! Why am I the only one who thinks this??? 😭
I love Chasing Liberty so much, it inspired me to travel the world
Letters to Juliet is one of my comfort movies. It's just so sweet and nice and really with no one getting their feelings hurt in the end.
"Something Borrowed" should've been on this list too.
Hated the book and movie. Couldn’t get over the premise. The movie tried to clean things up by making the bff cheat on her fiancé but still unlikeable characters and situation.
I love love love this movie so much, I watched it so many times 😍
Hanna L. Me too!
Agreed!
Add in the list
1. *In your Eyes*
(Zoe Kazan and Michael Stahl-David)
This is one of my fave romcoms. It's like Kimi No Nawa.
2. *Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist*
(Kat Dennings and Michael Cera)
About Time ....... YAS !! , one of my favourite movie of all time
About A Boy. Maybe it wasn't under-rated but it was terrific.
In Your Eyes is an underrated movie that everyone should see. Stars Zoe Kazan.
I don’t know if The pretty one is a rom com but it’s definitely worth the watch I love it
Thank you for putting Just Friends on this list. It is one of my absolute favorites!!
The Holiday is one of my favvvv movies 😍
About Time is my absolutely best rom-com movie.
Letters to Juliette?
Love rosie?
It's about time?
OMG!
These are the best movies!
Watched them a thousand times!!!
I’m so happy leap year is on here ! 💗
As a movie geek!! Msmojo is best channel I could have subscribed to🥰

Sleeping With Other People is another good one.
Also I’m glad Friends With Kids was on this. I’ve seen the others on lots of lists like this but rarely that one.
I LOVE The Holiday. I just watched it again after thinking, why does this have to be a 'Christmas movie'? One of my favorites.
ABOUT TIME IT’S SO GOOD like omg it’s so good I recommend
The holiday is my number 1 Favorite christmas movie And in my favorite Movies overall❤️ I also love «letters to juliet» And «just like heaven»
Warm Bodies and The Edge of Seventeen deserve more attention than they got
I loved Warm Bodies so much that I got it from Redbox twice!!

It’s Complicated is also so good.
BIG SICK was so good! I definitely want to check out WHAT IF? - it’s description mirrors my own life so eerily well.
I think Fever Pitch with Drew Barrymore and Jimmy Fallon is underrated
