It was noble of Babe to save the bull terrier as the others had no qualms with him succumbing to a watery grave. He may have been an aggressive breed of dog and did try to get him, Babe showed him kindness in saving his life and in return, became close to Babe.
they're actually not aggressive at all! Its a stereotype because of how they look but the breed itself isn't aggressive. They can become aggressive, like any breed, through improper handling and bad ownership but they're generally playful, stubborn and cheeky little chaps who can be incredibly affectionate to 'their' humans.
@@silversiren7046 my mistake, and is true any dog breed can be aggressive if provoked or if treated poorly, with some more so than others. But do agree it’s a shame bull terriers have the stereotype of being “scary” for their appearance.

I loved these two Babe movies as a child. Yesterdat I watched them first time as an adult and I swear, I have been crying nonstop. What a beautiful heartwarming creation! A story of a pure innocent soul living in a cruel world. It touched such a sensitive subject as animal exploitation and cruelty which hasn't been discussed enough in 1995.
