I'm a recently retired AnE nurse.
I caught Covid in March 2020.
I now have Long Covid and am left on a Waiting List without support...
    Thankyou...
I will follow you and hopefully learn something and maybe contribute....
I'd always been fit and active but now I'm lucky to get one day a week when I can get out....
My house is turning into a mess as I have PTSD and Chronic Depression to deal with also...
    This infliction is awful.....

Anger is completely understandable, but not helpful! I had a lot of anger and blame. Letting go of it was helpful, and helped me to focus on what I could do to help myself :)
