Totally understand about the cat in that one series of books (nostalgia and I think four seasons). The cat was a whole reason I bought them too 😂 and I didn't know uuusikuu had another book (The lonely pumpkin) so I'll need to pick that up too. Awesome haul!

I love Kawaii, Manga, and Anime and Chibi's. I'm trying to learn how to draw manga and anime.
Just watched this and had to immediately go to Amazon and order Fanciful Fairies and Dazzling Dragons. What a fun book! It came to my door this morning and I'm going to start it today😂 Thanks for sharing your books, projects and completed pages! PS I love how your husband "enables" your coloring and creativity - what a great guy!😊

The Aesthetic Studio book is so sweet! Happy ocean makes me happy too! I looked it up, there are 25 Jen Volinski books! The Korean books are stunning! They’re crazy expensive to get here though. Thanks for showing us your awesome books!

Great haul! Completely agree about the NBC book. None of the others actually 'tell' the story. Wish the glowy stuff wasn't there though, not gonna lie. ;)

Awesome haul, Pixie. I love the Witchy type books and have an affinity with cats. ( At one time I had five of them , Lol. It was great having them especially in the winter. I had five furry hot water bottles hanging on me and getting a bonus massage the same time. Now, as the years have passed and so have they , I just have my one big , black , fluffy cat who turns 7 in October. Rather fitting for a black cat to have his birthday in October. 🙂
Awww, I would love having that many at one time. The most I've ever had at once was 3. Cats are such great friends.

How would you color gray scale. It looks like it would be hard to color a gray scale picture.
