thanks for the gems bro, subbed! one question, I just started uploading detroit type beats and have 100+ queued and ready, one/day. Can I focus on 2 artists if they are the same genre? The beats that I have coming out in the next months are Rio Da Yung OG x Babyfxce E Type beats, and I keep switching the two (switching which artist I write in the title first) based on who the beats suit more. Can I keep doing it or really I should focus on one of them only, even if they make similar music?
This is a good question. I haven’t ever experimented with 2 artists but I could probably say focus on mostly Rio beats, and when one suits Babyfxce more you could do Rio x Babyfxce in the title. If you try that for a few weeks and don’t see any difference in views I would just stick to only Rio, just because he seems like a better artist long term, always good to experiment but try not to make it too complicated, the simpler the better I’ve learned with just about everything pertaining to this career
thanks, that's a good way to do it! Yeah I should have stuck to Rio from the beginning but when I saw your vid I already had them beats ready 😂 thanks bro
Based off of my experience, I started gaining a lot more traction ever since I started really implementing mixing into my beats, and really making my beats match the title as accurately as possible. Back when I first started I definitely had the quantity over quality mindset, but ever since I changed that I started gaining a bit more traction to my channel.
I started by doing 3 beats a day until i got my first 10k views , then reviewed all my analytics & picked the best post times/tags/description/thumbnail/title .. ive found letting the beat drop at the 11-21 second mark is the sweet spot for intro & dont make the beat longer than 2:48
hell yea i been watchin kontrol and cyfals content tryna learn this game. 13 years of producing rapping and mixing and now im goin all in on production yeeee lesgetit
You’ve got this bro no doubt, just lock in as much as possible and stay consistent for a long enough period and you’ll get it. It’s genuinely so tough at first to accept having no views but I just had to look at the small wins and manifest what my future could look like
Thanks for the love bro, actually trying to give out genuine advice, probably why I haven’t posted in a while because that video there is my whole strategy 😂😂
yoo bro, i did a little research (related to the type beat game on yt), and i found out something interesting, most of these producers, like, these new channels that are getting a lot of views, they use SEO boost and sometimes they even buy views (commonly from russia) to hit the algorythm and get placed on yt
It’s definitely possible I guess, don’t know how you wouldn’t end up losing your channel doing that though, especially being monetized that’s risky business dude. I think we as producers don’t talk about luck enough, I would say I got very lucky, but there’s so many steps I took to optimize my chance of blowing up that I think not enough people are talking about, which is why I made this video. My views are actually down hella rn, but I’m still getting extra bread from the ads so it’s alright. I think there’s a huge slump in E COM right now in general due to summer being over, election right around the corner, hopefully things will pick back up when winter rolls around
I started gain some pretty good traction but then I changed the style of my thumbnails and I think that’s what killed my views . Went from about 2k views a day to now like 200. I’m going back to the style that was working for me before and hopefully that will help
@@LetoBeats ya the glowing purple figures but I changed the style of the figures and that's what I think hurt the view count, going to try a few different things in the next months and see what does better .
Keep in mind we’re just now leaving the slowest time of the year for beat sales and all of e commerce. My views went down like crazy too so it’s not just you, legit went from 20k a day down to 2k a day at its lowest. Starting to climb up again though so just keep posting and don’t give up, this is normal for this time of the year
I just checked your channel, you look like your pretty good! just need to get your claps and snares to pop thru a little more and hit a bit harder. Your on the right path for sure, keep on it mate
bro i checked your gunna channel, and it looks like you had to blur some of the videos? So maybe its not the best to add music videos, and just keep it simple with JPG... whats your updated thought about it? What was the reason for the blur, if u kept it like 5 sec loop so it shouldnt be copyrighted
Yep I should’ve elaborated more but I was an idiot when I started and just ripped the videos from other peoples type beats so TH-cam flagged it for stealing content obviously. I’ve made my own videos now though so those won’t be an issue
Solid advice, I'm in the Heate Group too but haven't started on the Email course yet. How much do you pay monthly for Zapier and Convertkit? Or can you get away with using the free versions of those email marketing tools?
Post your beats on TH-cam and beatstars as normal, then export the melodies from your beats seperately and start gathering an email list of producers to send out weekly’s to. Discord is a great place for networking as well as IG
Hi bro, last week I changed my tags and started posting also g herbo type beats in addition to meek mill type beats and the views of my channel have decreased, do you think I should put the tags back as before or wait a bit of time to see if my algorithm works fits my tags?
It’s a possibility if you have the tags right that it’ll get back to the right audience but it would probably take 1-2 weeks. Switching to meek mill would eventually work but might take a bit longer
I haven’t done it, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good way to get attention. That being said, I think you’ll have to be creative with how you showcase the beat. Because let’s be honest, most of us get on shorts and TikTok just to rot our brains lol, not necessarily to buy products
Do you think it matters how long a beat is? Like would it make sense to cut the second verse and third chorus of an 3:00 Beat to get it to like 2:00 minutes
Yeah what you could do is post a shorter 2 minute version of the beat on TH-cam and post a full 3 minute version on beatstars. The shorter the beat the easier it will be to get to that 50% retention mark

I also tried to stand out in my niche as much as possible as well to gain more recognition, which has been going pretty well.

Haha thank you
Thanks for these gems. How much money have you earned so far off your yt channel? I mean sales
yeh that morkey beat is on 60k rite now.take everything with a pinch of salt guys, make your own lane ,make beats for yourself first.
Still confused on how to put black borders around pictures
Check recent video

You can use the free version for a while after that I think it is like $40 a month😬
I want to sell beats and loops at the same time, do you have any tips on how to a-reach this strategy?
Post your beats on TH-cam and beatstars as normal, then export the melodies from your beats seperately and start gathering an email list of producers to send out weekly’s to. Discord is a great place for networking as well as IG
Hi bro, last week I changed my tags and started posting also g herbo type beats in addition to meek mill type beats and the views of my channel have decreased, do you think I should put the tags back as before or wait a bit of time to see if my algorithm works fits my tags?
and if I were to restore the tags I had before, would the algorithm return to giving me the same views in your opinion?
It’s a possibility if you have the tags right that it’ll get back to the right audience but it would probably take 1-2 weeks. Switching to meek mill would eventually work but might take a bit longer
It also kind of depends on how many views you were getting
where can you get the parental advisory
Legit just googled it’s png and put it in canva
Quick question, if I'm to have multiple TH-cam accounts focusing on different niche, should i also incorporate them to different beatstars accounts?
No I would use the same beatstars account, really no reason to use multiple in my opinion
How do you feel about posting TH-cam Shorts / TikToks in addition to the full beat on yt?
Just check his beat channel he has none
I haven’t done it, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good way to get attention. That being said, I think you’ll have to be creative with how you showcase the beat. Because let’s be honest, most of us get on shorts and TikTok just to rot our brains lol, not necessarily to buy products

Sure bro I’ll make a short later today for you
Question how does TH-cam send money to you like by Paypal or what?
I just got monetized this week lol I believe it’s through mail though
