I just bought a house for a little over $600,000 in St Augustine Beach Florida 5 bedroom 6 car garage a man cave 3 1/2 bath and a olympic size swimming pool in the middle of the home.
That's cool but I can't stay in a place like Florida, well Miami and a few other places St Augustine looks pretty chill, the rest of the north and central florida can't do it buddy, that place and Ohio and Michigan i'll leave to the rest of y'all folk.
Somewhat yeah but it’s ridiculous no rent control. I would pass by the hoods and now I see lambos and Tesla’s is coming out. I live in Bakersfield Sadly I couldn’t afford to be out there but I miss living in nOho
Bro this little house don't cost more than $100K in the Rio Grande Valley part of Texas...for $600,000 you can get a 6,000 sq ft house down there!😂😂😂 Shit's ridiculous with pricing in California and New York...
as a truck driver ive been to LA countless times and been wanting to make the move from nc but ive always seen/heard about the prices smh honestly its sad for a beautiful city with. so much culture prices to a point where people cant fully enjoy what the city has to offer cuz there struggling to get by with the cost of living! hopefully oneday we'll see a spike in cost's like it was in the big boom era. dope videos bro ✌🏽
I love it, and have a ton of family in LA surrounding areas real estate my mom says has always been extremely expensive out there. A lot of west coast folks are coming to Texas because money goes so much further over here.
There u go hood Russian, I knew u were just loaded with talent!! Not only do u do gr8 vlogs, u can also get into real estate, shit I hated Los Angeles & wld never especially even dream of moving their until u showed me this deal of a beautiful house, now I'm completely in love with this house & I honestly Wana buy it!! Keep showing us more amazing, unique, property in Los Angeles bro, this is badass!! Five stars bro, love u (no homo) 🌟⭐🌟🤩🤩
in Phoenix az hood house's like that one go for around 100k tops. for 600k you can get a mini mansion pool 3 car garage 4 or more bedrooms and still have money leftover for a car.in Atlanta they are cheaper. L.A. is ridiculous
I wouldn't spend so much $ to live in a house that's in a dangerous area. I mean for $600K a person would be better off buying property in a safer area. But I'm sure that won't deter free-spirited/ wealthy & fearless ones from wanting to get involved in the gentrification act. Glad you continue to show us the price range for houses in certain areas, such as this one. Good Info! In Chgo condos range from 200K & Over... for houses/bldgs in gentrifying areas it's pretty similar to Cali~ for newly reno's Over $400K ~Property taxes are Insane!!! And rent is outrageous,- for a 2 bedroom 1 bath it's between $1,200-2,500 depending on the area...adding utilities, Chgo Taxes, etc ~it's just not affordable for the working poor. Take good care out there : )
margine louis Yes indeed. Same in Chicago. My uncle bought a bldg in the 70's for just $20K. Sold it in the 90's for $375K and today that same bldg (that is now situated in a fully gentrified neighborhood) has appreciated in market value so today that same bldg costs close to $1Million; It's mainly about the Area & Land. So, yes you are 100% right. Just that the person that gets into that $600K house right now must be brave & wealthy enough to deal with the roughness of the neighborhood such as, break-in's, theft, assaults & so on. In other words be able to feel uncomfortable for a couple of years -till the neighborhood changes (gentrifies) altogether.
Jaz Benz I live in downtown LA and I got a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment for 1500 a month n my neighbor s said im lucky with that price lol I have to pay almost 3k a month on bills and rent alone smh
Nice home. Looks brand new on inside with high quality decor. A similar house in my area would be closer to a million dollars, but mostly because of land cost.
Just subbed because you have a black woman as your lady. Go ahead and marry the pretty lady. LA is better than Vegas, but Vegas has more affordable housing.
We brought our for $325,000 in AK It’s 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom 2 car garage down a long driveway big back and front yard. 3 living rooms 2 stories office and a really good view 5 minute walk from the beach. This is nuts how expensive things are in LA
No wonder a lot of people from California move to San Antonio there's a little part in San Antonio on the far Northwest side that a lot of people move there and their houses are way bigger and newer than that
Where I live in NC, that house would be 175,000 or so depending on what side of town but it would probably have more land and you wouldn't need bars on the windows.
I can't see anywhere in the country being more expensive than Los Angeles, not even SF though they say it is. To be honest, the place looks ghetto. Not the house. The house inside is nice. The outside, not so much. Compared to where I live? Here on Cape Cod, which is some of the highest real estate in the country, for that money you can get 2000 sq. ft. in an area that has never seen crime and probably never will with a walk to the ocean. The only explanation is that an awful lot of people in L.A. must make upwards of 100k a year.
Damn i just moved out the hood im from cudahy/ bell gardens i am now in the IE bought a 5 bedroom house over here its much better here quieter no helicopters no gun shots or sirens it was definitely worth getting the fuck out of LA
That's cheap, $600,000. You get bugger all in Auckland for a million, that's a really nice home regardless of where it is, Our equivalent to South Central LA in Auckland is otara, you get next to nothing for $800,000,
Damn ain't no chance of me getting a house in L.A. I just moved back out to Vegas and I'm not sure if Ima stay here of leave again head somewhere cheaper
LA thinking they too bougie y'all got way too many covid laws to much taxes and over half a meal for that lil hood house i get the same house here in Detroit for 15gs... that whole state need to hurry up and fall in the ocean
Mark Young lol I'm sure they're well aware of cities like Compton, South Central, and Inglewood terrible history but are optimistic with all the gentrification
I just bought a house for a little over $600,000 in St Augustine Beach Florida 5 bedroom 6 car garage a man cave 3 1/2 bath and a olympic size swimming pool in the middle of the home.
That's a nice house.
Siege born and raised in vegas
Siege I'm from Gainesville go Gators!!! Vegas is a great move!
Siege no problem
That's cool but I can't stay in a place like Florida, well Miami and a few other places St Augustine looks pretty chill, the rest of the north and central florida can't do it buddy, that place and Ohio and Michigan i'll leave to the rest of y'all folk.
L.A is redicously over priced
yesman, who would pay that much price to live in hood surrounding yourself with danger
LA isn't that bad anymore
Somewhat yeah but it’s ridiculous no rent control. I would pass by the hoods and now I see lambos and Tesla’s is coming out. I live in Bakersfield Sadly I couldn’t afford to be out there but I miss living in nOho
Youll have a huge house for 600k in vegas thats crazy in the hood at that
Atlanta about 70k just because of the up grades and thats being generous. 600k will get you a mansion
Who want to live in Atlanta bro?
Alot people
Cody Smiley ^yeah a whole lotta ppl wanna live in ATL....u black?
Cody Smiley almost 6 million people that’s the population.
honestly a lot of people live in atlanta it never was like this back then
Overpriced
You say overpriced, In LA it's called gentrifying.
@Tra Rob, you're right. It's all the lames from Ohio, Nebraska, Tenn, Ga, La etc, etc, that want that California life.
@me ! Ya, in minnesota. LA has higher pay, more jobs etc. Neverthless 30 years slavery to own a housr sucks.
Bro this little house don't cost more than $100K in the Rio Grande Valley part of Texas...for $600,000 you can get a 6,000 sq ft house down there!😂😂😂
Shit's ridiculous with pricing in California and New York...
You can get a newly built mansion for that price in Utah
as a truck driver ive been to LA countless times and been wanting to make the move from nc but ive always seen/heard about the prices smh honestly its sad for a beautiful city with. so much culture prices to a point where people cant fully enjoy what the city has to offer cuz there struggling to get by with the cost of living! hopefully oneday we'll see a spike in cost's like it was in the big boom era. dope videos bro ✌🏽

..Everybody knows that......
There u go hood Russian, I knew u were just loaded with talent!! It's very nice but pricey... in my neck of the woods that'll be about $180,000.... but the inside wouldn't look *this* good...
*MONIE LUV* in most neck of tha woods.........
I truly hope this will be your new profession.... I've been looking for someone that shows homes in and around the city.... excellent
in Phoenix az hood house's like that one go for around 100k tops. for 600k you can get a mini mansion pool 3 car garage 4 or more bedrooms and still have money leftover for a car.in Atlanta they are cheaper. L.A. is ridiculous

Jaz Benz the neighborhood will be gentrified and the cost will keep going up. You can hold on to it and sell high.
margine louis Yes indeed. Same in Chicago. My uncle bought a bldg in the 70's for just $20K. Nice home. Looks brand new on inside with high quality decor. A similar house in my area would be closer to a million dollars, but mostly because of land cost.
ballprofan where you live?
probably located by ocean like san diego or something. I saw amillion dollar home in SD smaller than this house. right by beach though and for sale.
Great upload. Thanks. Lakewood, Bellflower, Norwalk most east 562 area are maybe $50K less.
Lakewood is expensive
That house would be under 100k in St.Louis. Even then you can get way bigger house for that price. If it was for rent be about 650-800
tabby314 except st.louis is the real hood lol. In st.charles you could have this house in a pretty nice area but it would be like 200k
Looks amazing inside but yeah you need to consider the area... But hey I can't say that I don't love it! Looked amazing man!
Just subbed because you have a black woman as your lady. Go ahead and marry the pretty lady. LA is better than Vegas, but Vegas has more affordable housing.
Why is La better than vegas
If you forget the location this house would be around 180k who agrees ? love y'all.
Merry Christmas 🌲
We brought our for $325,000 in AK

Damn, here in Dallas $600k will by u a 6,000 square foot mansion

LA thinking they too bougie y'all got way too many covid laws to much taxes and over half a meal for that lil hood house i get the same house here in Detroit for 15gs... that whole state need to hurry up and fall in the ocean
Definitely a nice house but that neighborhood though...
Id rather move to Murrieta or Temecula with that money and get a better and bigger house 🖒😎
And this is why I fucking HATE LA. I'm east of you and for a house that small in the IE they'd go for less than 200k
Mark Young lol I'm sure they're well aware of cities like Compton, South Central, and Inglewood terrible history but are optimistic with all the gentrification
