The Jack & Jill BA with the sink and vanity in the BR portion of the room makes sense but is somehow off putting. Would rather have doors leading to the BA with the toilet w/n the BA but separated by a privacy door. Box w/n a box so to speak.
Yeah I'm personally not a fan of Jack & Jill's, probably for different reasons lol. I'm the oldest of 7 boys and the Jack & Jill bathroom of my parents home is consistently the least taken care of bathroom in their home since it was consistently sandwiched between the bedrooms of 2 teenage boys for about 15 years straight. With this one it's definitely odd though but something I've actually seen with another custom home builder's model, Oak Hill Builders. Not sure if it's just popular at the price point since it offers the added privacy for each child but I definitely prefer the style of the Kensington model's Jack & Jill bathroom from Overstreet Builders, check out that video if you haven't gotten a chance to yet. It's more of the traditional style but with the octagon shape it adds just enough flair to make it stand out.
@@SuperMBARutgers2013 Yeah, the beauty of real estate is the variety! Everyone has different taste, I personally love the modern farmhouse design, but I'll admit I'm not a fan of the 2nd level in this one, the Master/Owner Suite is a bit too tight for my liking, I prefer a more open 2nd level too. Maybe check out the Kensington or Woodside floorplans I showcase on my channel, both offer a more open 2nd level but more open concept in general too. th-cam.com/video/zlq4SGYTOrU/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/GBJLdQ-g2HQ/w-d-xo.html

Way too many narrow hallways and tight corners. What decade was this built?
It's new construction but I'm wanting to say built in 2021, however the floorplan layout I'm unsure on when it was designed.
@@thejoshcherian The exterior is nice and certain rooms in the interior are but I'd give it 7/10 personally.
