    Great practice, I started with your videos ( different one every day) and it is so easy and uncomplicated, no difficult poses, everybody can do it no matter how unfit ( like I am at the moment)
    Anyway in 3 weeks since I started and without other exercise I can say I have so much more energy, I sleep better, I am in a great mood all day, more calm ( that's the biggest bonus for a toddler mom😅) and overall I feel better than I have in a very long time.Thank you

    I have tried learning yoga before and I could never quite stick to it. I found your videos only a couple of weeks ago and I’m already so excited to take this further than ever before! Thank you for helping me harness peace in my daily life :)

    My intention to do this practice this morning didn't work out to plan so I came to it during a mid afternoon slump.

    I love this one, I am doing it in the evening, is it ok the time? I need to double my flexibility and I find this very gentle and yet powerful...thank you ❤

      Namasté Hana! Thank you for joining us for practice! This kriya is suggested to be practiced in the morning, as it has more active, energizing breathing. If you are doing later in the evening, is ok, as long as you are not feeling too stimulated. If so, you can substitute or add in some calming breathing techniques, such as brahmaree or anuloma viloma. Wishing you all the best! Om.

      @@AkhandaYogaOfficial oh super, that helps, yeah I couldn't sleep after 😁 and today I intuitively felt this should be practiced rather in the morning 👍 thank you so much. I hope to see more kriya, I definitely want to find sun salutation as a kriya. Is there any chance you can give a bit of guidance on the practices? I had a kundalini awakening 3,5 Yr ago and have no one really to guide me. I am a parent, can't just go to ashram and it's very challenging to live with the energy...thank you so much for such a great traditional yoga practises ❤️
