Is it just me or Slows becomes exhaust often? I once played against a Nasus and keep trading with him early and I can't even deal any damage when he's an AP Nasus. Almost everytime I fight a champ with a slow debuff skill, I deal almost no damage even if we're even in items and gold or I'm more fed than them

Runes would be PTA presence of mind alacrity cut the grass, sudden impact, and relentless. Take attack speed, adaptive and health as well.
