The clockspring is reponsible to route wires of Controls on the steering wheel. It should not affect light switch or wiper switch by the sides. Do you have a DLR in your headlight? Please check to see if you didn't touch the switch harness during installation of the clock spring

It depends on your model of car. If your model L or LE, you need to buy the transfer wire. Then you must insert the SW1, SW2 and GND on the 20 pin harness at the back of your radio.

20 pin harness if you do not want to do any connections behind the radio. It is plug and play. Otherwise, buy the regular transfer wire if you want to do further connections behind your radio.

You may also throw back in the old clock spring to see if it fixes the issue, but I doubt it.

Airbag is very easy to remove. Make sure the battery is disconnected before attempting to take it out.

You will need to remove the airbag
You don't need the bolt mark to allign the steering wheel. You just want the steering wheel to be in the same spot as before.

I do not recommend leaving the black cable out. Please buy the correct clockspring. Do not risk the Airbag blow out.
