Then the other OG came in and told what he knew about the transition from hustlers to gangsters. Brown put some light on the knowledge they were being given that I haven't heard in other videos, forgive me if they have but I can't remember. Some people react like they were sitting around 40 years ago saying, "somebody named Kev Mac is going to ask me about this so I need to write this down now" or anyone, in fact, would be interested in this history. Low key looks like Daz On the right with the red on @16:49
Love this Tribe History and low and behold, guess who shows up? Barefoot Pookie a Major figure in the Westside Crips and the UGs. Also a major Shout Out to Melly Mel and Joe Rock Head as well. I love how all of this History ties together, some of it is hard to follow but in the end it all comes together and the Gs confirm all this informatoon.
Eastside, Westside, Compton and now Long Beach, and l see how the Crips spread like Wildfire all over South LA in the earky 70s.
Grest video and this Tribe History is hard to remember but the best thing about it?
Yu can always go back through the KMV Archives and domthe knowledge and research all of this info for yourself.
Much thanks and can't wait for more.
Peace!!!

Funny thing is blue shirt dude just did an interview last week talking about long beach gangs. "I'm not no tv guy"
20s and insanely are like gygc. And vslc. They all they same family but bang different politics. That’s how the beach communities always been.
This should be a great interview. Only Kev Mac can get that real talk from real OG's.
Kev Mac need talk to the midget or Bobby Lee and sorry they live and we'll will no cut the midget was anti-crip
I beg bad habitrabbit
Love your videos great work. (Off topic ) any interviews of big Rick in mind
Original OG in the blue shirt wasn't going for none of it. HE heard some s*** and I was like nah bro this what it is. Other OG came from the back and was like naw ... Im kenneth hahn
Good Info Kev, I see that Pay Bacc had crip influence . However Insane's & 20's are Strong Tribes.... I Got Family From LBC, I remember in the early 80's, There was also a small clic called 7-DAY Crips, in Longbeach, I thought that may have came up in the Interview...#Kevmacvideos #Mytriberise
victor Goldie hodgson 7 day crips are from the west side of long beach. Now u got the rollin 80s west coast crips now.
Every time Black Folk " See a camera ".... It's like a magnet. Out the woodwork. .... The Plot Thickens...... SINBAD
My man saved the video respect
Not Knocking any OG who survived and can bless us with history and steer us away from downfalls, but the majority aren't college educated and have definitely been through a lot of stuff so don't expect a well polished professional infront of the camera they show a true side to things ,pure and may perceive or remember something different than others. Also may have a different role as others don't mean they were not in it. Cut some slack much love to Kev Mac
Finally someone mentioned cat man and bouncer
You know them
@@skimaskmmm223skimask7 I do...Bouncer is resting...I haven't seen cat man his younger brother Boo died...yes I know them and their family
Interview Tray Dee
Now that would've been a good.
Kev already been down that road.. Aint happen.. He all over Vlad fam.
@@tulsa91875 yeah I saw that..
IDK why well I have an idea Vlad pays most ppl to do interviews idk if he pays TrayDee but I mean if Kev is in LB interviewing OGs from LB I wouldn't see why TF wouldn't wanna go on his Platform n explain the origins of his Gang cause TD is 1 of the founders of ICG (Insane Crip Gang)

How THAT shit happen? Real niggas is dyin to know!
He kept telling that nigga "name em"
He’s really putting a 100 on 10 on wat he’s talking about
That 20s Vs Insane is like 60s Vs 83rd. Crazy how the cycle repeats itself. We gotta learn from our past. A great reason ones should know the history or should i say ourstory. Sankofa - go bac n get it. SALUTE KMV Nh
Blue shirt OG DIDNT WANNA NAME DROP BUT ITS SEEM HE KNOWS A LIL BOUT EVERYTHING BEING HIS BROS STARTED INSANE AND 20S

I remember Cutes saying Chico Bell was a snitch/PC and some of us came to the conclusion on that's why many Long Beach guys don't give him much props.
Damm which cutes interview I got to go back
@@jamesthomas6056 It was a Kev Mac live where he called Cutes on the phone, I think this one was when he was doing them on Instagram also.
Antonio Smith is it the live interview when Cutes has no shirt on? No homo btw. Lol
Nigga stop repeating what a nigga said about another nigga. Cutes probably got a personal beef with Chico Bell and nigga's will use this platform (internet) to assassinate another nigga's character. Just because he said that doesn't make it true. If you spreading it than you must believe anything that comes out of a nigga's mouth... Nigga's do lie on other nigga's, believe that!

Is Long Beach pretty small compared to LA?
It's smaller 😼
It's small but then again big cause they got EAST WEST & NORTH
But LA is way bigger than Compton Watts And LB
Long Beach is the 2nd biggest city in L.A. county. L.A. is the biggest because it's the capital of Los Angeles county.
Even if long beach was bigger , South Central has more Hoods and not other stuff taking up space like factories and businesses as much
I never saw part 1

Hey Kev Mac I just spoke to my pops and he said Billy Brown was all over the place and he can only speak from the ace/duce and that there were no Crips in Long Beach in the early 70's mid 70's to be exact... far as the g-homie Tony #blueshirt he was off on some topics but true on some... if u wanna more dept about 20's history interview anybody with the name OG Killa in front of it.... they fosho would be first generation... much love big homie
R20llin
Yes he was all over the place, facts. And that’s pretty much all he spoke on was Ace Deuce. We all know wasn’t any Crip gangs in Long Beach that’s why all of us was asking when Crips came and who was responsible but as you can see different people have different perspectives and recollections. Tony’s brother was name Killa 😎.
Filthy Crips is a Skinny Jean gang... I don't consider them to be Crips at all. On the East Side there is only Insane Crips, Rollin' 20 Crips, and 19st Gangsters but it ain't that many of them. As far as blàck gangs on the East Side
@@sammycarter9163 Crips didnt start in Long Beach.
Somebody brought it to Long Beach from outside Long Beach.
It's not homegrown in Long Beach.
Get out your little feelings.
@@sammycarter9163 Barefoot Pookie Started the Gang , Insane-Payback Crips in L.A on 111th off Western in (1975)
Brought it to Gardena
Then brought it to Long Beach with Chico Bell in (1975).
Gardena dropped the Insane.
Long Beach dropped the Payback.
Thats how Insane & Crip got to Long Beach.
Anybody that says different is just ignorant of the facts or a hater.
Sammy the Bull pay attention to the conversation if you’re going to respond to the comment. I stand by what I said there wasn’t any Crip Gangs in Long Beach during Billy Browns career. He said after high school he had a kid and was done before the Crips came in. Pookie didn’t start Paybacc until 1975, facts!
Gathers name ring in Long Beach
Ok I’m on board now. Y’all lost ya boy for minute. 🤔🤔❤️❤️
No nigga it's board. I'm on board. Not I'm on bored. Smh
ES Longbeach gang history is tied to fams that still reside in tha city - so it's not hard to get the history. Kevmac DNT ✋ ur investigative work....
