I would suggest, EVERYTIME YOU GO TO RIDE! Go thru a check ! There Chinese made not engineered in Japan by Yamaha ! It’s gonna take some time, to find out what works best on your bike. Eventually you can have an American made Clone Copy! That doesn’t break everytime you ride.. Also “LOCKTIGHT “is a must ! Clutch and belt covers are good if your planning kids one day !
Mini bikes are a hobby man you can’t be so negative if your into the hobby time and money is what there about there not stupid you build em and ride em till they break
I just built the piss out off my b200r. I haven't done a speed test but I'm pretty sure it will do mid to high 50s. But like u said bigger tires help stability
I just finished a stg1 predator on monster moto 80 frame. I thought that was a bit squirrely but that tiny frame looks more of a handful man... Don't die, maybe a larger front and rear tire to start. Also, you could probably make use of some gas front forks too... That can absorb some of the squirrely at speed. I notice the steering damper, maybe it needs an adjustment? Good video.
Sick! I ordered a bigger front wheel and tire today so we’ll see how that does, the steering stabilizer definitely helps a lot but it’s not that kind of squirrelly, it just wants to float all over the road. Gas forks would definitely be sick but I’m hoping to keep coast and weight down so that’s gonna be a last resort lol. Thanks for watching and the advice!
Heck yeah! Yeah I completely agree but I’m really not looking for speed on this bike, I just need it to do everything it’s going to do in the 1/8 mile.
Looking for a cheap mini bike I just wanna be able to take the gov off and be able to do 30-35 just with stage 1 stuff any suggestions? I was looking at mototec 105cc or the gmb100
A 212 on a smaller bike is always going to have alittle vibration, how bad it is, is going to depend on the cam size. This bike has a decent size cam in it so it shakes pretty bad. But the torque converter shouldn’t be causing any vibrations that you can notice when riding the bike.
My friend bought a stock coleman mini bike from tractor supply and put a 212 hemi on it with a TC kit and it went just as fast as the bike in this video. Crazy to me how your bike is full upgraded yet still went the same speed as a stock one with a TC kit and offroad tires. It kinda seems like the engine on your bike might be a little under power, or maybe it just has been used alot, idk but I feel like it should be faster especially with street tires too
Yeah I wasn’t holding it for very long at all. The big bike I was doing wheelies with will run 52 and that’s just a stage 1 motor but it takes wayyyy longer to get to that speed then this does. since this video I’ve fixed the stability issue and I’ve had it up to 62 mph. It does 59mph in 1/8 mile. If I regeared it I could get it up to mid 70s low 80s but I’m setting it up to drag race. It’s definitely not a good ride bike lol.
Ill bet u only needed to aline your wheels .. centered.. inline with each other.. and both alined to the same up and down pitch (when u look with one eye, sanding low behind the bike. Once you get that right your minibike will glide like a glider (no wobbles) .. and coast like a coaster.
I’m my case yes, when it’s on the stand and the tires not touching anything the torque converter will start to grab. when you hit the brake or set the bike on the ground it stops.
Hey man build it up and enjoy the process trust me I build all types of cool little bikes and karts on my days off and my favorite part is the problem solving stages💪
I had a mini bike in the late 60s maybe 1970 1971 and taking it out on the streets in Brooklyn would mean it would be immediately confiscated by the police and you’d never see it again. I have no idea what neighborhood you can ride the streetswithout fearing the local constabulary
Yes sir I put one on when I rebuilt it, I’ve played with it and it still didn’t get better. I put a taller front wheel and tire on it now and it fixed my problem!
If u want speed u need a clutch not a belt driven clutch there good for torque but no top end I have a minibike with a stage 1 kit and springs and the right gearing does 60mph watch Cali minibike drag racing don't nobody use a torque converter
I would suggest, EVERYTIME YOU GO TO RIDE! Go thru a check !

Ur going somewhere bro keep up these videos, don't lose this passion for minibikes either XD.
I appreciate it buddy! Will do!

Not trying to be negative at all buddy. I was just saying I hope it’s fast or it was all for nothing.
Amen that’s the mindset lol me and my brother building 2 right now his is 2 stroke 47cc mine will have 5hp 😂
Feel ya on this one I've got a few bike most are broke down
Prayin' for you and your Mom bro!
Keep making videos that's one sick mini bike...💯🔥
I appreciate it!

Heck yeah man and yes sir they sure do! I put a bigger front wheel and tire on and it fixed my problem!
But there heavier and slower in turns !
I like the shape of that frame. This was a good video!
Thanks for watching!
Hey what size is that back wheel I’m trying to find one… thank you!!

That's a clean ruttman judge. I had a 2 seater version of that minibike. Highly sought after in the Michigan mini bike scene
Thanks buddy! I’ve actually been trying to figure out what frame it was so I appreciate the help lol!
@@MasonKrug that bike would run ya about 1500 here
MI had the best minibike scene. Wish Indy had more of a minibike culture
What do you have in the bt200x? And how fast have u gotten it?
I got a 224cc build to a stage 2 with the jugg-a-verter stage 1 from GPS doing 65mph, but yes for speed you need a clutch
Heck yeah! Yeah I completely agree but I’m really not looking for speed on this bike, I just need it to do everything it’s going to do in the 1/8 mile.

Awesome 🤩
Sick dude. Question do you get crazy shaking through out the whole bike with the torque converter and carb ?
A 212 on a smaller bike is always going to have alittle vibration, how bad it is, is going to depend on the cam size. This bike has a decent size cam in it so it shakes pretty bad. But the torque converter shouldn’t be causing any vibrations that you can notice when riding the bike.
You could try to adjust the torque converter spring to the lowest setting
Now let’s see what you’ll do with it next
Also what'd you pay for the green drag bike?

What size is that black bike
It’s a Coleman BT200X with a predator 212 on it
Run a steering stabilizer on the bike and it’ll help with that scary wobble and also steering
It has one on it, the problem was coming from the front wheel and tire. I went to a bigger size on both and it fixed the problem.
What name brand engine?
How much did you originally pay for that thing
what size sprocket is on the back and what size is on the torque converter?
10t in the front and 52 in the rear
When you go from the stock driver to the Jugg you'll need to change gearing.
Ill bet u only needed to aline your wheels .. centered.. inline with each other.. and both alined to the same up and down pitch (when u look with one eye, sanding low behind the bike.
Once you get that right your minibike will glide like a glider (no wobbles) .. and coast like a coaster.
How much do you want for that monster mini
Does the back wheel suppose to spin on idle?
no ur idle screw is too far in and if it only runs on choke you didn’t line the carb up right
I’m my case yes, when it’s on the stand and the tires not touching anything the torque converter will start to grab. when you hit the brake or set the bike on the ground it stops.
Hey man build it up and enjoy the process trust me I build all types of cool little bikes and karts on my days off and my favorite part is the problem solving stages💪
Yes sir I hear ya on that!
Nice
You got it back together real nice but I'd go with an 8" Asuza front spinner wheel - that front wheel is trash 🗑️ 💨
You better off using a 2 disk clutch or a drum clutch with lower gearing. That bike set up in that state to run 330 ft
Nice bike
how much did everything cost so far including the bike itself?
Not sure anymore, I know it was a little more then I was planing to spend but not by a insane amount.
Where’s that lil blue bottle?
You know me to well! 😂 it’s coming trust me! Next video with the bike it should be getting that go juice!
@@MasonKrug I can't wait ! Send it!!

Yo that thing is sik😮
Thanks man!
dang your arms are on top of your knees. taller handle bars will help out alot
Swap to a clutch #35 chain put you 12 on front a 53 on back you get good low and good top and motor will love you more for it
New here
Should put a wider front tire in the front that’s a drag tire probably why you don’t like it
Looks like it has a steering stabilizer turn the nob clockwise just like a quarter turn
Yes sir I put one on when I rebuilt it, I’ve played with it and it still didn’t get better. I put a taller front wheel and tire on it now and it fixed my problem!
83mph is awful fast for a torque converter..
thats a big azz figaro chain lmao!
Yes sir! 😂
Got a 20hp built 212 hemi and ill give ya a run for you money on 20/7/8 tires.
Steering stabilizer wear some leathers good helmet and gloves send it bro
get wider bars too
Fastest? Wait til you see them Compton boys outta cali hitting 90 plus. Arlybuilt has a 105 mph biker
I was just saying the fastest one I could find on marketplace lol, but yeah I’ve seen them boys, their running some CRAZY numbers
pred swapped coleman?
The big one is yeah.
Should’ve just build one yourself for how much work you’re putting in it that early on lol
I know right! Im still working on it to lol, just ordered a new front wheel and tire to hopefully fix the stability problem!
I’ll buy this off you
So bro saying that bike is faster than a 450Wait that doesn't make any sense
Pretty much lol. There are mini bikes out there that will run 100+ mph but their way more built then this one lol
GET A BULLY CLUTCH!!
Fuck that converter put straight chain n smaller back sprocket 50 easy
Your not getting 83 out of that with a cvt
Yeah.
Cali mini bikes
get steering damper
get wider bars
Jetski content next
What you wanna see on the jetskis?
@@MasonKrug Karen reactions
Drag race that bike
That’s the plan! Trying to get it dialed in now!
53 is no 80
