Hi from New Zealand. I notice you use a pricking fork to create the stitch marks then you poke them all the way through with the awl. Why not make the holes with the fork all the way through? Thank you. Love your work, these vids are great. 😃

Was it all hand stitched or did you machine stitch some pieces? I would have put the H and the strap on and stitched them, then glued the lining on. That way you would not see the stitching on the inside lining.

Here is the glue that I use usually Hope this helps!😊 1. kenda bond : yellow, chemical smell, very strong, low price 2. intercom ecostic, high price : white, no chemical smell, thin 3. Instant adhesive : race, braiding, metal hardware (rarely) 4. B5 bond : Beige, Thick, using for lining.

Such a simple and elegant bag.
Was it all hand stitched or did you machine stitch some pieces? I would have put the H and the strap on and stitched them, then glued the lining on. That way you would not see the stitching on the inside lining.

Thank you, the one thing i wanted to see was how you stitched the side gussets once you glued them in--it seems it would have been very difficult to sew the side flaps to the gussets once glued in--can you explain how you managed that please?
Hi Klarsen100, I wrapped strip first then, made holes with pricking iron all through it. then stitch. :)

1. kenda bond
: yellow, chemical smell, very strong, low price
2. intercom ecostic, high price
: white, no chemical smell, thin
3. Instant adhesive
: race, braiding, metal hardware (rarely)
4. B5 bond
: Beige, Thick, using for lining.
