Thank you Kamon, you are doing a wonderful job for all beekeepers and the general public.
I am big on data and I know it was said there is still a long way to go.
We need thorough and conclusive data on all aspects and we also need government approval for use, particularly in Australia where we are new at this and some products that have been around for a decade are still going through approval to use stages. I hope this can be focused on moving forward.

Since these guys have been helping operations fix issues in an industry that is very near and dear to my heart and so they have my trust.

Looks like a great new treatment method!
I’m not sure how many beeks are going to be very happy about the price. Hopefully it gains traction and becomes more affordable.

Well, this happens there are a lot of people start making those it doesn’t have to be that expensive. The technology is not rocket science.

Right now, people have to figure out how to do a brood-less period for at least two weeks, or isolate queens for ❄️that’s gonna resolve the problem instead of buying expensive equipment as it says knowledge is power

That is a lot of labor for those with several hives. My technique doesn't slow anything down and provides an opportunity. You just have to make a split.

What is the average cost of treatment per hive?

If the bees drink this solution will it make them more resistant to varroa

I don't think so. But it is nice that it is clean and healthy for the hive vs a nasty chemical building up in our bees bodies and hives

Kamon, I need help. Varroa mites are attacking my hives. What can i do? In California

I love new products, but I struggle with the fact that most beekeepers struggle to use the easiest mite products. I cannot see purchasing these that have to be moved from colony to colony.

Kamon is like Cayman Islands so it sounds not so American but it’s a cool name. It’s unique.
Like any antibiotic use (something that kills both good and bad bacteria) once you get rid of both, the bad has a quicker ability to reproduce faster. Now, with that being said, if you use a product like this but also boost the bees gut/ immune system with something such as probiotics for the bees then it would help the good bacteria’s. But again here’s one more situation. If you’re wiping out all good and bad bacteria’s then it wipes out the propalis benefits, the skincare wax benefits as well would it not? I want all the good healthy benefits from my bees without everything being sterile. I think microbes aren’t our enemy. Also controlled environments aren’t real world environments. All geographical areas and their genetics of bees are different and that’s where I’d see they definitely need more real person life use.

Does Kaymon have any financial stake in this company? It doesn't sound like it but wanted to confirm

How would a person know what I am doing and not doing is my first thought. And the answer to your question is no. I barely know more than you guys do about this company.

@kamonreynolds just asking....I didn't get the impression you were involved. Will give more credence to your opinions in the future. Thanks!

@rosswagner9083 its all good Ross really but when I have a stake in a company I will always announce that at the forefront. I have nothing to hide and it would be dishonest to not tell everyone if I was involved with a product. I have the same concerns with this product that everybody else does but I am also hopeful as well.

@@kamonreynolds so..... how about a December OA vap blast here in Wisconsin. Is that a good idea? 😁

@@rosswagner9083 Hi Ross, as long as the bees break cluster OA is great to use in December, If you can get a day in the upper 40's or higher it is perfect timing. If the cluster is very tight the OA can't get in between the bees well enough.
      Thanks and Happy Beekeeping
