It is believed that the masters degree will help you prepare for professional exams like CPA or CFA for commerce students, but we can prepare it on our own with the pg diploma in similar field, if the end goal is to be a CFA or a CPA. Concordia is very good in Commerce (accounting). It did very well in John Molson CASE competitions. However, many Quebec businesses require French, especially with passing of Bill 96 into law.
Admission office looks at your 3-yr Bachelor degree only. There are Canadian universities that accept 3-yr Bachelor degrees; especially in Commerce side.

Alberta has more petrochemical related jobs. Ontario has OINP Master Graduates stream for PR. You should look into it.
