I have also equivalent problem !!! I have worked ( 01.07.13 to 26.03.17) under a company"A" with UAN x whose wonner now dead. So, I do not get any documents from company "A", and I joined another company "B" with creating a new UAN y. Now I already transferred my epf amount from UAN x of company "A" to running UAN y of company "B".But in my epf profile, in "service history" doesn't show my service period from (01.07.13 to 26.03.17) of company "A". Only shows the time duration of company "B" with it's member ID. Next I joined another company "C" with UAN y ( same UAN as company "B" ). And now, my service history shows only the time duration of company "B" with it's members ID and also company "C" with it's member ID but not shows the time duration of company "A". My question is that : 1) is my service period ( approximately 4 yrs ) of company "A" vanished from my PF plan for my pension? 2) If vanished, then what should I do to add that service period in my epf "service history" for better pension plan ? 3) If there have a epf contribution gap 1 or 2 months for company changes, then my pension plan expectation will activate or not after 10 yrs ? Note: Month wise, I have no lack of epf contribution.

I want to stop my contribution in EPS , which is a part of EPF . it started because in my FIRST job my basic salary was less than 15k . On EPS i won't earn any interest on it over years and i''l only receive very less pension on it . Not earning any interest on EPS for 30-35 yrs is a financial sin according to me . Is there any way can i opt out of EPS and remain in job ? Even if i manage to earn 8.1% CAGR on EPS amount of 1250/month by contributing in EPF instead , it can be great . Otherwise i want this money inhand so that i can invest in equity and earn 15% CAGR . It can create a difference of 24 lac to 1.8 crores if 1250/month invest at 8.1% CAGR or 15% CAGR respectively . Will there any issues at the time of withdrawal of funds?
My mother completed 14 yrs of service in an organisation she retired at the age of 57 yrs. she applied for EPS online and her form 10 D is getting rejected several times due to improper reasons..Pls advise what to do further.

I am already started getting my eps pension from March 2020 for Rs.1035/- with respect to my last service with an organisation Micro Labs Limited, Bangalore. The form 10D EPS was submitted to PF Officethrough our employer Micro Labs Limited.
Before this company, I served in four more companies. The first Company was Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, Dewas, served 12 years from April 1989 to 2001. I am having service certificate and salary slip having shown PFNumber. But now no more that company is existing. It was sold to other company Sun Pharmaceutical Limited.
So since my old company Ranbaxy is no more existing, it is not possible , to get endorsed the employer authorisation with seal and sign in the form 10C.
Kindly advise me, in the above case,how to proceed, to get my Pension incremental please.

I want to stop my contribution in EPS , which is a part of EPF . it started because in my FIRST job my basic salary was less than 15k . On EPS i won't earn any interest on it over years and i''l only receive very less pension on it . Not earning any interest on EPS for 30-35 yrs is a financial sin according to me .
Is there any way can i opt out of EPS and remain in job ?
Even if i manage to earn 8.1% CAGR on EPS amount of 1250/month by contributing in EPF instead , it can be great . Otherwise i want this money inhand so that i can invest in equity and earn 15% CAGR .
It can create a difference of 24 lac to 1.8 crores if 1250/month invest at 8.1% CAGR or 15% CAGR respectively .
Now i am losing on this money for next 35 yrs if i remain in the job .
