I do it in the car at 5.00 am to 5.20. I spit it into a plastic baggy and bin it. I gargle with salty water when I get to work. Then I clean my teeth and then have my breakfast. I've noticed my teeth and tongue feel amazing and the taste isn't so bad. Take that germs and plaque.
i don't recommend people use 'very generous' amount of oil. you'll probably find it makes your mouth so full that you can't swish. also i wouldn't say it gets thicker, but thinner and more watery.i do brush with separate brush after. try massaging gums during pulling for improved results.
Hi Allie, Good that you share this, I will try it right away ! I want to comment on a few things: 1) Do not use water from your fawcett, it contains bad chemicals. 2) Use sea salt. The common salt contains chemicals. 3) Do not use a "commercial " toothpaste, lots of bad things in them ! Better use natural toothpaste with no chemicals in it and specillay good the ones containing xylitol. Thank you !
thank you so much for all of your awesome suggestions Jorge Treviño. I really appreciate it. next time I do the pull I will replace all of the chemical ridden products with cleaner more organic products. thank you so much again!
Great video! I like to maximize my oil pulling routine by first using a copper tongue scraper. Doing this had been shown to... 1. Reduce undesirable bacteria in the mouth that compromise gum, teeth and oral health. 2. Reduce volatile sulfur compounds (VSC) that are by products of mouth bacteria that are linked to bad breath. 3. Increase the function of taste buds to better taste and digest food. 4. Changes the environment of the mouth to reduce putrefaction and decrease bacterial load
Definitely going to try this. Natural is the best way at times! I used natural toothpaste for 6 months and my receding gums were healing so well. I switched back to normal toothpaste (I ran out of my other stuff) and within a few weeks my gums reverted back, got ulcers, sensitivity etc. I went straight back to natural. It's mad how there are so many products with harsh unnecessary chemicals that claim to help but do the opposite. I've been using a natural shampoo for about a year and my hair is completely different to how it was - I have platinum blonde hair, so it used to be really dry, and brittle. Even though both sides of my family don't have amazingly thick or long hair and so I know I can't magically change my own, but my hair does feel silky soft and is growing quicker :)
I started the oil pull because I have a gum disease that runs in my family where it makes your gums recede faster than a normal persons. I started it and after a month of pulling I have noticed a dramatic change! It really is so awesome
I've doing this for the first time and I'm currently at 15 minutes. The Dental Hygenist told me it also helps with gum and oral care, as I have a few pockets in my gums, whatever that means. Thanks for the video and information!
I read online that 2 teaspoons works just fine, it looks like you were using more than that and it may be easier for some people with a little less, I'm also going to start this tomorrow! When I was pregnant I spent a lot of time in the hospital and got cavities because my teeth were the last thing on my mind! I'm hoping this will improve my cavities and maybe even heal them over time!
It's been 2 weeks and my teeth are definitely whiter, I do it late at night (after not eating for 4 hours) and my teeth feel very clean going to bed, it's a great feeling, very slight improvement in my cavities I believe but it's very hard to tell at this point. I've heard from someone online that in 6 months their cavities were healed, I'm hoping this will work for me
I'm interested in trying this and doing some research (hence why I am so late to the game on your video, lol!) One thing that I did read elsewhere that I didn't notice mentioned in your video is that it's important not to spit into your bathroom sink - just like pouring cooking oil down the drain it will solidify when it cools and clog your pipes. Just wanted to share!
Great presentation. By the way, you can also brush your teeth with coconut oil and a bit of backing soda. Crest may not be as good for your health. If it's not edible, maybe it shouldn't go in the mouth. Thank you!
Thank you so much fo this video. It was very helpful. I had read about this, but you gave me more info. Going to start this in the morning. Love the fact that you reply to all your comments.
I just can't understand why you say it's gross. Gross to put coconut oil in your mouth, one of the healthiest and delicious food that exists? (you can even eat it - not after pulling - and you'll have amazing health benefits, search for it. I tell you, gross is to put Coca-cola or McDonalds fries in your mouth. Now THAT's GROSS. :)
***** I really love coconut oil... it is pretty gross to just swish it around, but I totally got used to it. I really do love the benefits it has given me. thanks for stopping by!
***** coconut oil is so thick and doesn't break down to something that you can swish around easily. it does break down eventually but its not the best at first. she's right. it's pretty gross.
+C Henrique your so right, why she see's this as gross is beyond me. And if it's that gross why even put it in her mouth period? It's just a processed food source like any other food.
+C Henrique I know right,... Maybe because some video stress how it drawls bacteria out and if your mouth is pretty bad, swallowing it isn't a very good idea after rinsing etc etc // * *Shrugs* *
As a cautionary note... I have been oil pulling for a few months now on and off and it does seem to help allot... as to swallowing it after the 20 minutes of pulling, I did it once by accident and it made my body want to throw up and I felt sick after... this has never happened when I just eat a spoonful straight up. So there is def something to the oil pulling toxins out of your mouth... my question is how bad could those toxins be to make my body sick after swallowing the oil after just one pulling?
it's killing the bacteria and because it's an oil, it like to pick up things made of carbon. it's also alkali on the pH scale so that's why it kills bacteria. the bacteria in your mouth are typically what causes gum disease and eventually heart disease when it starts to leach into your blood stream. I wouldn't think you would want to eat the stuff that gives you heart disease lol.
Join, or Die Thats why I was saying oil pulling works... because when I eat pure Coc oil its great for me... but when I ACCIDENTLY, swallowed some after oil pulling it made me sick... this proves that oil pulling works very well!
It doesn't taste nearly as bad if you melt a bit down into liquid form instead of putting the pasty oil in your mouth. Just run the jar under hot water for a minute or 2.
Just an information oil pulling originally comes from ayurveda which has been practiced in india for decades and they recommend doing oil pulling with sesame oil if you don't have sesame oil then u cud use coconut but originally sesame oil helps the best but it's upto you at the end. Great video and you are pretty inside and out
Cute girl. She sold me on at least trying this. Unlike other videos oil pullers who share and swear by this knowledge, they are not trying to sell us anything. 10 bucks for coco oil is something anybody can at least try for themselves. Thanks for the video
I do oil pulling and have had great results, one note, never spit it in the sink, it hardens and clogs the pipes, always spit in the garbage and then rinse, finish with organic, glycerin, flouride and sodium lauryl sulfate free toothpaste, try Earthpaste
yesss I learned that the hard way anne999 lol I currently spit the oil into a zip log back and throw it away. and thank you for the suggestion on the toothpaste. I will have to check though out soon. glad to hear you got good results !!
I love coconut oil. I also use it on my hair. I have long curly hair. It makes it so soft. It also makes the best Chapstick.. Put a little bit on your lips I guarantee you that it beats any Chapstick out there. Gives you great soft lips.
I'm a Carmex addict but I will def try this as a lip balm. Thanks for the tip. I also have curly hair and will try the hair tip as well. Just bought my first jar yesterday and def feeling the detox effect. Slept like a baby last night for the first time in a long time. I typically oil pull with sesame oil, but in gonna give this a try.
I just started doing this and I must say, it tastes so bad, but I'll definitely be doing this for a month and see the end result, Thank you for the tip 😊
+aisha datey how much time did it took, to see the difference? I have braces and I think that this is the only way to whiten my teeth, cause I can't use white strips or other bleaching stuff. Btw thanks for your quick answer 😊
+Bajaa:3 I'm still in the process, so I can't be telling you the result. You should try and see for yourself. It depends on how long you will be doing this for you to see the result ☺
+aisha datey I'm really excited, and I hope it will help me. Firstly it's 100% natural and much cheaper than other stuff. I will be really disappointed if I don't see good results because I read and watched so many examples where the feedback was so good, everyone is so positive about this so I hope it will be the same with me. thank you again 😊
My understanding is that oil pulling has circulatory and dermatological benefits. As with any sublingual introduction, absorption into the bloodstream is quick and direct, so the "pulling" probably is of the same, just in reverse.
Spit into a compost bin (or trash if you don't compost or have it curbside.) It will wreck your plumbing. See how hard it is in the jar? It does that to your pipes. Another benefit to this is it seems to help with suppressing appetite. Instead of first thing in the morning, I do it after supper, and it prevents me from grabbing late night snacks, sugary drinks, or dessert.
that is a serious amount of oil, also it does not get thicker as the volume increases due to ones mouth watering which forces one to spit some out as early as 3 to 5 minutes and finally you may want to look for some fluoride free tooth paste such as Toms of Maine natural tooth paste cheers
If you want to do this with coconut oil but don't want to put that weird gel like texture in your mouth, you can run your jar under hot water for a few minutes beforehand to liquefy it first. Or you can use sunflower or sesame oil
I've read of people doing this because of the chemicals and such that's in toothpaste are bad for us.. Have you tried not brushing with toothpaste? I wonder if just doing the oil pulling and brushing with a clean toothbrush and water would cause any bad breath?? And do you know why you have to wait 3-4 hours after you eat if you do it at night?
Iʻm totally crushing on you after watching this video, lol you're super cute but you could save soooo much money by just using a little bit instead of the amount you're using & it will have the same effects I promise, & as I'm sure you've been told already, itʻs not good for your plumbing if you dispose of it in the sink or tub but a house plant would love it. I watched this video because Iʻve been doing it for a while now but I wanted to see if other people do it before or after brushing their teeth & you've convinced me to start doing it before rather than after & I learned a few other things so thank you! -Nic
Thank you for your info. You didn't add that you should never spit the oil in the sink. It should be spit in the trash as the oil can stop up your drain.
Noticed my coconut oil has melted into liquid form now it's getting warmer here in England (hate the heat). Is it ok to refrigerate so it's easy to scoop out as a paste, as it was when I bought it a few days ago? Thanks.
Good video, thanks for the info. I had started oil pulling a while ago but have not done it long enough or consistently enough to see any results. But I plan on giving it another go. You said your reason for oil pulling was to whiten your teeth, do you mind uploading a picture or something of your teeth before oil pulling so we can have something to compare?
Great Video! Right?! I saw huge results too after just two weeks of oil pulling. I've been doing it for a year now. It's great. I'm no longer a gum addict either because my breath is always so fresh now.
OMG 10 to 20 MINUTES?! WOWZA ... the benefits sound amazing though I don't know that I would have that much time every morning to do this process. I might try it though - my Mum has been curious about it as well so I'm going to play this video for her tomorrow! :)
I knowwww *****, it seems like such a long time but I usually start right when I wake up and just swish as I make my breakfast, get dressed and do my bed. it actually isn't too awful. thanks again for watching my video. I truly appreciate the support.
Ahh ok, so you don't just sort of stand there while you swish? That makes more sense! Kind of like using a facial mask, you read a magazine or something while letting the mask do it's work. I am really going to have to try that!!
if you dont like the taste there is expeller pressed which is easier to manage and is tasteless but has a little less of the benifits but still healthy "used for cooking"
I stopped oil pulling and that bitter taste went away. It took days to go away. I'm still gonna go back to oil pulling. It took that dark stuff off my teeth that brushing won't do.
oh no,... now i don't want to do it. I was worried about how it tastes anyway. if its too bad i'll prob just puke and be pissed i wasted the money. and now it changes how things taste!? do you have to do it every day?
I just came across your video and it is so interesting! I use coconut oil for removing my make up and it works amazing. I can't wait to try it on my teeth now! Thanks for sharing xx Ewelina
Pattern of Taste awww thank you so much for watching :) wow what an awesome idea. I never thought of using coconut oil to remove makeup. what a great idea
I just started this and I got the one at Trader Joe's. My question is, my son is starting to do this with me and he has a hard time when first putting it in his mouth because of course it's not the most satisfying texture. It's lumpy and he's getting grossed out. Is there anything I can do to make it more comfortable for him? Is it possible to liquefy it maybe in the microwave for a few seconds then he can put it in as a liquid and not as a ball of clumps? Has anyone else done this to make it easier? Thank you for any responses 🙂
Allie,I would like to suggest you consider using a natural tooth paste.Without fluoride especially because it is toxic to the body.I recommend Desert Essence Natural Tea Tree Oil& Neem toothpaste,or auromere brand I found at Earthfare,or Young Living Thieves Essential Oil Blend. No Fluoride,Synthetic Dyes,Artificial Flavors,or Preservatives.
You are very welcome darlin.Keep up the good work.We need more natural remedies to our health issues. For great supplements and detoxing products research Globalhealingcenter.com Founder Dr.Group.Dr. Group has alot of very informative videos on youtube as well. Also Dr.Mitch Radio Show is a good site for supplements. They both use organic non-GMO ingredients.
Ty this tutorial was very helpful I have been getting ready to this but, I didn't kniw about the morning or empty stomach thing or rinse with the salt water or the separate toothbrush so I am glad I saw your video before I started.
you're welcome Heather Wacker, and thank you for watching!! I'm happy to hear this tutorial was helpful. best of luck if you decide to do the pull. let me know your results
Wanting my teeth to re-grow again and much better if will totally fill complete. Same like before, way back during the time of my younger age. Beside that I'm longing for durability and be able to overcome cavities and tooth decay. If I'm going to start right now, how many days or weeks will I going to see the results? Would you tell me the starting effect of coconut oil benefits regarding teeth regeneration? Good day and thanks in advance.
Where do i find this stuff everytime i go looking for it at store and ask for it, they always look at me all weird like they don't know what I'm talking about.
I don't really swallow the substance, like a drink, my throat muscle get very weary feeling and uncomfortable, so I swish all of the stuff forward so i don't really swallow the liquid and i just provide my throat with the feeling i swallowed when i know I didn't really swallow the entire liquid. Is this bad? someone please respond
2-29-16...you do not have to talk so fast.... However, Thanks for sharing - It really works, Listen to her....I did it for two weeks straight....after every meal, I flossed first, then swished a teaspoon for at least 15 min. Spit in the trash can not the sink, it will clog it. I used virgin coconut oil (ordered from Amazon-cheaper) and the benefits are there; so use it daily, after every meal, and then brush after. After two weeks, reduce to just twice a week. And Always do it. Do let anyone tell you other wise. It Works! Save money ....when you do go to your dentist he/she will be impressed.
Coconut oils is amazing use it on your skin and hair. For a really great mask for your hair add conditioner mix and leave in for a few hrs or over night. Wash and condition and boom.
Angeline Peter oh course I can answer two questions for you. first off thank you so much for watching :) so to answer your question I know people who use coconut oil for their hair and its the same coconut oil that you would use to oil pull. if you have a specific coconut oil made for hair I probably wouldn't suggest using it in your mouth. as for the taste... it doesn't really have a distinct taste. its more of a texture issue with me. its just semi uncomfortable at first but then you get used to it and it becomes second nature. hope this helped :)
I'm starting it this morning for my first time, cause I did hear many reviews on it but do I really have to change a new brush to my brush teeth with it? I can't use the same one that always use to brush my teeth?
You should never spit the oil into the sink when your done. It is like pouring grease down your sink it can harden up and cause plumbing problems they recommend you spit it into a plastic Baggie or into your trash can. Also if you can't handle the full amount you can start off with smaller quantities then build up. Great video though I didn't know that you should rinse with salt water or that you should use a different toothbrush. Very helpful!
that makes total sense and I can't believe I didn't think of the damage I could be doing to my sink. thank you so much for letting me know Kcbmfb, I shall be spitting in a ziploc bag from now on haha and thanks for watching my video !!
No problem ziplock or into like your trash can as long as there is a garbage bag in there(obviously) lol like mine in my bathroom doesn't have one but my kitchen does so I could go down there and spit it out sometimes I do but I'm afraid I'm going to spit it all over lol and I've been watching your videos for awhile I'm subscribed to you. Love your videos💕💕
+Vlogging with Brandi Hello Brandi I just found this today and I put a lot in my mouth I couldn't do it only 10 min. but I hope I can work up to 20 my mouth felt really good afterwards.
Hi Ally, your teeth look lovely and white. Your teeth look lovely and white. Day 10 of doing this, I can't see my teeth are any whiter, really. I do it for 15 minutes in the morning. I noticed yesterday a gunky build-up between my front teeth, which I removed with an Interdental stick. Should this happen? Is it a build-up of the coconut oil or the muck the procedure is pulling from my teeth?
i also do oilpulling for one month but after gargling once i wake up and drinking 1 glass of water, i've read on some forum that drinking water on an empty stomach boosts the effect of oil pulling
This makes a little chemistry sense.... But honestly, some stains would work, but SOME stains can also be a chemical process bound to the tooth structure itself, "imagine a dirty coffee cup" unless you use abrasion or bleach it, it won't go away. But as far as bacteria goes....and keeping things from sticking, yeah anything organic would get bound to the oil.
MalinInnleggen thank you so much for watching. to be honest with you... all the research I've done said to make sure you use raw coconut oil, buttttt when raw coconut oil melts it becomes a liquid so I don't see why using the virgin coconut oil would be bad.
People should know that you should spit the coconut oil in the trash, not down the drain.
what happens if you spit it in the sink
+Madison Brinley it will solidify and clog your drains eventually.
+Cyndi Aquino thanks for the tips👍🏾😘
why spit it in the trash and not the sink? just wondering
It will get hard and clog your drain.
Don't spit it in the sink, it will harden up and clog it.
Spit it in the bin
Sheridan Muchitsch - yep, that’s one thing she forgot to say, though it looked like what she did
I do it in the car at 5.00 am to 5.20. I spit it into a plastic baggy and bin it. I gargle with salty water when I get to work.
Then I clean my teeth and then have my breakfast. I've noticed my teeth and tongue feel amazing and the taste isn't so bad. Take that germs and plaque.
This actually cured my abscess. Like literally nothing else helped. I was in soo much pain
dont put your coconut oil in the fridge! store it at room temperature, makes it a lot easier to scoop a spoonful
i don't recommend people use 'very generous' amount of oil. you'll probably find it makes your mouth so full that you can't swish. also i wouldn't say it gets thicker, but thinner and more watery.i do brush with separate brush after. try massaging gums during pulling for improved results.

I use unrefined cold pressed coconut oil and after 20 minutes it does not get 'thicker'.
you did a great job with this video! i especially like, that you stress how you did your research. that's so important! you are gorgeous! keep going!
I tried oil pulling thinking it wouldn't work, but after a few days it helped prevent plaque and tartar on my bottom teeth. give it a try.
How can you tell after a few days? Do you have really bad teeth?
+pop si comment section is the best
David Tilbury would it work on me? I have sooo many cavities 😞😞 and weakened teeth and gums? Would it help in root canal?
never heard of it before....sounds like old folk medicine...appreciated your how to at the end.
thank you so much for watching my video shygirlnow2011 it definitely seems like an old folk medicine :)

If there's a Trader Joe's near you purchase their coconut oil. It's about $6 and some change, maybe cheaper.
CreativeRoyalty Cartier thank you. that's so helpful !!
No prob👍
Great job on your video, straight to the point, thank you!!!
Thank you so much for watching :)
"My teeth felt overall cleaner and defiantly look a lot whiter." *grin*!
I laughed out loud at this! That was cute!
Pynaegan hehehe I'm such a dork sometimes!
I recommend that you don't used fluoride toothpaste! You can brush your teeth with the coconut oil and some baking soda which is really good!
Charles Denommee thank you so much for your suggestion :)
If you have s Natural Spring as you water source, its great too...less chemicals.
thank you so much for the info Dee Dee Cardin :)

great suggestions Armeen Enrique Corrales :) thank you!!
I just started doing this and I must say, it tastes so bad, but I'll definitely be doing this for a month and see the end result, Thank you for the tip 😊
how are the results? :)
Yes! so far so good
+aisha datey how much time did it took, to see the difference?
Justine Parmelee yupppp, found that out the hard way. haha. thank you so much for posting this for others to see as well. thank you again.
Are you still doing it after 7 years? wanted to know update after 7 years,Thank you
that is a serious amount of oil, also it does not get thicker as the volume increases due to ones mouth watering which forces one to spit some out as early as 3 to 5 minutes and finally you may want to look for some fluoride free tooth paste such as Toms of Maine natural tooth paste cheers
My question is am I using the right coconut oil. Is there a specific coconut oil that I have to use.? Thanks
-Nic
Aldi sells Organic Virgin Coconut oil for $4.99. Same size as the jar you have, I stocked up last time I was there. Just informing!
Devon Childress wow thanks so much for the heads up !!
After doing the oil pulling do you then brush with toothpaste?
Thank you for your info. You didn't add that you should never spit the oil in the sink. It should be spit in the trash as the oil can stop up your drain.
I do oil pulling also! It gives one dazzling smile I am so happy with it!
wooohoooo 84blondewolf I'm happy to talk to another satisfied oil puller :)
+Mermaid's Reel yayyyy. so glad you understand! hehe. it really is amazing. I need to start a pull again a s a p. thanks so much for watching!
=))
This is a great video, thank you for making it, I am now going to try pulling for a month.
thank you so much for watching Julia Danielsson
+solofox thank you for this comment!
Hey! Thank you for the information very informatic and exciting comparing to other oil pulling videos on TH-cam
***** you're very welcome. thank you so much for watching !!
I heard store bought toothpaste isn't good for you so what do you use as a toothpaste replacement.
Great video! only two questions, do you breakfast inmediatly after? and do you brush your teeth after having breakfast again?
Did you get a bitter taste in your mouth? I've been oil pulling for 22 days. When I breath I can taste a bitter taste.
I'm commenting to see what someone says
I stopped oil pulling and that bitter taste went away. It took days to go away. I'm still gonna go back to oil pulling. It took that dark stuff off my teeth that brushing won't do.
oh no,... now i don't want to do it. I was worried about how it tastes anyway. if its too bad i'll prob just puke and be pissed i wasted the money. and now it changes how things taste!? do you have to do it every day?
Your using too much to swish around. Generally u should use a tablespoon.
+WhiteFeather
I was thinking it was quite a lot.
What kind of oil do I get? Virgin ? Cold pressed? Regular?
Ahhhh don't spit into the sink you'll clog your drains!!!
+Chelsea C spit into a ziplock bag and then throw the bag away in the garbage :)
Ah, okay. Thanks!
Or just spit it in the garbage and not waste a zip lock bag
I just came across your video and it is so interesting! I use coconut oil for removing my make up and it works amazing. I can't wait to try it on my teeth now! Thanks for sharing xx Ewelina
Pattern of Taste awww thank you so much for watching :) wow what an awesome idea. I never thought of using coconut oil to remove makeup. what a great idea
I had never heard of this. Thanks for sharing!
you're very very welcome Amy Fletcher
I just started this and I got the one at Trader Joe's. My question is, my son is starting to do this with me and he has a hard time when first putting it in his mouth because of course it's not the most satisfying texture. It's lumpy and he's getting grossed out. Is there anything I can do to make it more comfortable for him? Is it possible to liquefy it maybe in the microwave for a few seconds then he can put it in as a liquid and not as a ball of clumps? Has anyone else done this to make it easier? Thank you for any responses 🙂
May have to give this a try. Thanks for the info!
you're so welcome marissaw8719
Beside coconut oil is/are there alternative oil to use for oil pulling?
Allie,I would like to suggest you consider using a natural tooth paste.Without fluoride especially because it is toxic to the body.I recommend Desert Essence Natural Tea Tree Oil& Neem toothpaste,or auromere brand I found at Earthfare,or Young Living Thieves Essential Oil Blend. No Fluoride,Synthetic Dyes,Artificial Flavors,or Preservatives.
dirtroadsport thank you so so much for your awesome suggestion :) I appreciate it
You are very welcome darlin.Keep up the good work.We need more natural remedies to our health issues. For great supplements and detoxing products research Globalhealingcenter.com Founder Dr.Group.Dr. Group has alot of very informative videos on youtube as well. Also Dr.Mitch Radio Show is a good site for supplements. They both use organic non-GMO ingredients.
Miss, How long would a 500ml jar of coconut oil last me if i oil pulled at least twice a day?
what many times we should do this oil pulling in a day and when? please give the answer
I have been doing oil pulling tel help cavities I have and it has worked so far
Neavy Ross so happy to hear that!
I have a question when do you brush your teeth with regular toothpaste ?
Is this done after rinsing out with the salt water ?????
I brush my teeth normally after I spit the salt water out prepper don. let me know if you try it out and how you enjoyed your results.
ok thanks for answering question ........I need to try it .
I don't really swallow the substance, like a drink, my throat muscle get very weary feeling and uncomfortable, so I swish all of the stuff forward so i don't really swallow the liquid and i just provide my throat with the feeling i swallowed when i know I didn't really swallow the entire liquid. Is this bad?
someone please respond
is it bad?
Excellent job on this video!
thank you so much Deborah Mahon :)
Coconut oils is amazing use it on your skin and hair. For a really great mask for your hair add conditioner mix and leave in for a few hrs or over night. Wash and condition and boom.
oh wow thanks for the awesome suggestion Amanda G !!
what kind of coconut oil should I buy ? if I want to try this out
P.S. I LOVE your reviews and videos! BTW!!!
thank you so much for the love and support happy2behere :)
Hey this sounds really interesting... can u please answer just 2 questions
1.Can i use coconut hair oil?
2.Does it taste really bad?
Angeline Peter oh course I can answer two questions for you. first off thank you so much for watching :) so to answer your question I know people who use coconut oil for their hair and its the same coconut oil that you would use to oil pull. if you have a specific coconut oil made for hair I probably wouldn't suggest using it in your mouth. as for the taste... it doesn't really have a distinct taste. its more of a texture issue with me. its just semi uncomfortable at first but then you get used to it and it becomes second nature. hope this helped :)
Was that salt sprinkled in the dixie cup?
Thanks for the video. And you're so pretty as well😍
i know this vid is not exactly recent lol, but this was super helpful! thank you so much for this video!!!
What section in the store did you find it? before i go looking
Love your videos💕💕
i have pulled but i have not seen any results whether to my teeth or to my receding gums
Great video! If we spit into the sink, will it drain? Or should we throw it elsewhere? thanks..
Spit it in the trash cause coconut oil eventually hardens and could clog your drain.
I where a partial uppers, should I remove them first?
Question. Everytime I have tried doing this my throat gets super dry during. Any tips on how to make it the whole 20 min?
+Vlogging with Brandi Hello Brandi I just found this today and I put a lot in my mouth I couldn't do it only 10 min. but I hope I can work up to 20 my mouth felt really good afterwards.
Hi Ally, your teeth look lovely and white.
Your teeth look lovely and white.
Day 10 of doing this, I can't see my teeth are any whiter, really.
I do it for 15 minutes in the morning.
I noticed yesterday a gunky build-up between my front teeth, which I removed with an Interdental stick.
Should this happen?
Is it a build-up of the coconut oil or the muck the procedure is pulling from my teeth?
i also do oilpulling for one month but after gargling once i wake up and drinking 1 glass of water, i've read on some forum that drinking water on an empty stomach boosts the effect of oil pulling
no way Allucard Hellsing, thank you so much for the suggestion :) I will have to try drinking water first. thanks again !!
I accidentally did the oil pulling not on empty stomach but only once is there anything wrong with that?
This makes a little chemistry sense....
But honestly, some stains would work, but SOME stains can also be a chemical process bound to the tooth structure itself, "imagine a dirty coffee cup" unless you use abrasion or bleach it, it won't go away.
But as far as bacteria goes....and keeping things from sticking, yeah anything organic would get bound to the oil.
"Little" chemistry sense? You have a broad definition of the term "little".
Hey great video! Does it matter if I used refined or unrefined?
Your teeth look very clean too!,you got me convinced!thanks alot!
woohooo another believer :) haha good luck Teresa Neuman !
:)
Do you think virgin coconut oil will work? I cant seem to find raw coconut oil anywhere here :(
MalinInnleggen thank you so much for watching. to be honest with you... all the research I've done said to make sure you use raw coconut oil, buttttt when raw coconut oil melts it becomes a liquid so I don't see why using the virgin coconut oil would be bad.
Wow..Very good job at your presentation....Kudos
thank you so much Brandon Hanson :)
