Cover and fry for 10 minutes on low / medium heat Remove cover put a plate over the pan and flip the contents onto the plate Put the contents back into the pan with the less cooked side down facing the heat Fry for another 10 minutes. Done! Place contents onto a plate & add some chopped parsley on top Cut the contents into even sliced pieces. It's time.
@@jackfalcon1942 it’s definetly peel and stick cheese. I would use grated pamagiano Reggiano It would be less rubbery and it would give a nice salty taste. I find most mozzarella is very rubbery ( unlike the kind you buy in liquid )and people pile so much on it’s like chewing gum. Yuck.

So over the years I've always just used a recipe and a cookbook. But this channel is short sweet and to the point. Thank you so much for a wonderful video
I agree 100%! As much as I like watching other cooking channels for entertainment, the cooking process is waaay too long and complicated. I rely a lot on this channel for affordable and easy recipes, it's simple and easy to follow without the fuss of watching a 25 min video elsewhere. I think I'll be saving a LOT of money on groceries aswell (and dishes lol)

Any time you are actually going to eat the parsley, you want to use Italian parsley! So I hope that if you go to try this recipe, you will be sure to use Italian parsley. :)

I have never used coriander in my life and although I obviously have heard of it, I am not sure what dishes it is best to be used for, much less if it can be used as a substitute for Italian parsley. Perhaps if you figure out the answer to your question, you can update this thread with what you have learned? It would be cool if there were substitutes for Italian parsley, because it is not always easy to find and a dried season would be awesome to use in its place. I do not think that the dried parsley that is sold in stores is dried Italian parsley, unfortunately. I think that it is dried curly parsley.
That’s weird I did something very similar last week which I think was the result of watching videos like this. It wasn’t a specific recipe, it was spontaneous. One potato cut into half-centimeter rounds, fried until crispy on both sides, then three eggs beaten with garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika, poured over, cook 4 minutes covered one side, a couple of minutes the other. It was delicious! It will become an easy regular meal, with a salad or vegetables.
