Great video Andy! Such a shame to see Ed's engine with worn pistons again after all that work last time but you fixed it again no problems 👍 I think its amazing just how powerful an engine it is with a standard L4 head and realy mild camshaft. Great to see James again and glad you could help him again, top banter! 😂 keep the excellent videos coming 👍👍👍

is Ed's engine wearing a K&N? I've never seen dust make it past one - foam filters are crap!

Just a random thought as the top ring sweeps to app 5mm from the top of the bore would it be viable to chamfer the top of the bore in places 4mm deep to allow larger valves ect?
