So, the other side who claims to be working 9 hrs without a damp is also gas balloon. Truth is...yes many ppl have to work late but not for every damn day. It depends on demand. Promotions are acquired on delivery quality not on hours of efforts.

When I started my career I ended up with a company where there was no work at all almost. And I could not understand why people did over time for work that can be done in half an hour daily. Despite being hardest working employee considering the work I ended up getting fired not understanding that bosses can be so stupid. I am happy being an entrepreneur. I am not a stupid boss thankfully.
Europeans have the best work culture most countries having 35 hrs per week. In India it has become so worse in companies that on an avg people work for 12 hrs per day and get paid only for 8. Plus they get only sunday off
54hrs for me per week and only one day off in a week which means 9hrs of work daily.. and I work as a customer service executive so I spent most of the 9hrs dealing with irate, arrogant and stupid customers. It's exhausting..

Omg!! this is so true. I feel like this video should be sent to EVERYONE working in Indian offices and they should realise that finishing your work on time ( because you didn't waste your time doing random things in office) and wanting to leave because you have a life doesn't make you a bad employee. I have worked in Advertising. Infact I'm only a fresher with only 8 months of experience with copywriting. Just before entering the profession, I was told by many that 'timings in advertising are not fixed.' My colleagues were told the same thing. A friend of mine joined an Advertising agency recently. She reported to work at 10am and left office at 10pm! On the very first day! That's not fair. Just because we are young, just because we are supposed to grind doesn't mean we sell our souls to the organisation. This must be addressed. My brother in law is an IT Professional and he tells me that their personal lives are almost nonexistent. They are at expected to just 'be there' as You said. Yet we keep on working. This breaks my heart💔

OMG!!!! I almost choked on the water I was drinking... I'm binge watching all the old videos. So I come on this video and start it, nothing fancy, but then I feel a little thirsty so I go on to grab the bottle of water next to me and chug some water, but as soon as I'm about to swallow the water I hear the name "Haley Scott", and almost choke on water and spit it out on my screen. I got so shocked because "Haley Scott" sounds that same as "Hailie Scott", the daughter of one of the greatest rappers of all time, Eminem. So I was really surprised when I heard the name but then I took a look at the screen and saw it's not her.... Sad, it would have been amazing to see her react to stuff like this.

I thoroughly enjoyed it... But then again some people will always judge this man from his earlier rant video only... That's just human nature!
