I work at a senior center and we recently added cardio drumming to our activities. This is fantastic. It's easy to follow for both my standing and seated drummers and the sound is good which is truly their greatest complaint. Thanks for this and can't wait to share it with them!
I'm so glad to that! I genuinely try to incorporate a variety of upper and lower body movements to make the routines as flexible as possible! Please feel free to use what ever routines you want and change them to suit your needs! I am happy to hear the sound is to their liking. Thank-you!!! I appreciate it. I was a little worried how it would come across on camera (if it actually looked like a figure 8 or not) but I am happy how it turned out:) I have to try and stay creative, there are only so may ways to bang pool noodles against a physio ball Lol!!!
