I love the idea of recognizing and celebrating team members! We've got to be there for one another. It's easy to lose morale and motivation when you feel unappreciated.

I never really paid attention to project management. I always thought of it as a new product, marketing campaign or service. But it makes total sense to use many of the same tools for building any team. Great job thank you. 👍

Communication and Celebrating team members really jumped out to me - they are easy to assume and overlook - these can slowly derail the team's effectiveness! Thank you for sharing these tips.

I work with catering and have been slacking with the teamwork because I was too focused on my own tasks. What I could take away from this video was 1. Communication and 2. Honesty, good video 👍

Vulnerability at work 🤣What happened to cowboys don't cry? Not always possible as noble a gesture as it is. Do all introverts struggle with working in a team? How about some success stories or tools at least?
