As a HC, I am 100% responsible for everything that happens on the field, in the locker room (metaphorical) and in the stands. Therefore, I insist on 100% control of those areas. I have my parents sign a contract. I explain that most refs will give 1 sideline warning before he starts walking off yards for coach/parent behavior. If any spectator on my team gets a sideline warning, I will ask them to leave. 2 of my coaches got into a near fight last season after a game. I fired them both and banned one from all games and practices for the rest of the year because he put his hands on the other coach. This off-season, the banned former coach was acting up on emails, so I invited the family not to return despite his son being one of my best players. Things have changed. You are always 5 seconds away from going viral. Gray team was very well coached, BTW. Love that ISO and the o-line is legit.

Why would I let my child ever play in this league? Adults fighting over a game played by children is beyond insane. These kinds of incidents suck all of the fun out of it for the children. Now, what did the kids learn on this day? Team work, sportsmanship, winning with class or losing with grace? No, they learned pressure. The pressure of I better do great or daddy/uncle/older brother might go off. It's no wonder a lot of kids would rather stay home and play video games.

What happened to youth coaches that didn’t want any attention? All these adults act like they’re the center of the show. It’s about the KIDS losers

The TD celebration for the green team was a full production. Just give the ball back to the ref. You're not in the NFL.

Some of the players just walked away like it was just normal behavior. All that violence is learned behavior. The kids were talented on both sides and the Xs and Os were not bad for the age group and the fundamentals are pretty good for that age level. But the adults???

My people man, it’s so sad. Are we(they for certain points)the only race that does stuff like this, no but it’s us more comparatively(we have a lot of hurt and damage we need to let go of, get help in etc). I hate how this makes us look to the rest of the world because there is more of us that don’t act this way than those that do but it’s enough of them where it makes it look like that’s how we all act. As I said, its sad man, it really, really is. Take care people as I move on.

You can usually tell things will get out of hand when you have 3 or 4 coaches that can't seem to stay off the field. Then you have an idiot in the stands that is cursing and smoking and isn't removed by security at that time.
