Hi Kiko from Australia where the weather is starting to warm up after a mild winter for me. I have recently purchased my first Yumiko Higuchi book “Stitching Through the Seasons” after seeing you talk about her. I love it! I’m sure I’ll buy her others too. The Japanese country life has gotten deep into my soul. I follow a lot of channels that are bringing homes back to their former glory and living simple and respectfully with their surroundings. I too am in awe of your work along with another lovely lady called Eri Thank you so much for the great English translations. I have tried to learn Japanese but alas I don’t think I can master it. Lovely video once again. The hanging ornaments are wonderful but I especially liked your floral arrangement. I'm curious: what are the white globe flowers? They added a great contrast. Please continue to share your floral arrangements. I shall now go to my garden for flowers. I have zinnias, roses, dianthus and dahlias which I'll mix with hostas and ferns. I did some birds, and flowers and I wanted to try more realistic flowers. And thanks to you I discovered new embroidery techniques such as Sashiko.... Really your channel is a little gem... I have a little question ; does this book exist in an English translation ?
