For context, there's a Windows 95 Credits Easter Egg (look it up) which plays this song, and after the song plays this MIDI file is spawned into the C:\WINDOWS\Media folder called Clouds.mid. I spent a very long time trying to find it in the filesystem thinking it *had* to be somewhere. But they hid it as a resource in a DLL... That's cheating! 😂 Still, good to know.

I don't think it is used anywhere. From what I know it vanished in Windows 98.
