Hi from Korea! My understanding of the legal system here is that there are three judges on a case. They do rotate out, so with this kind of case, they want a consistent understanding of the case. They primary court is also wanting to give each jurisdiction a chance to do their own investigation... so that after the main trial, they can add on to it. They do build up cases very, very carefully so as not to have mistakes in the rulings. .
Thank you Andrew for this update. Trill and I will definitely cover this. Continue to be the best Lawyer on the Case. God Bless you and your Family. 🤗🙏MOM (Mom&Trill)
Hi Andrew, your coverage of this future cabbage farmer’s legal situation is excellent. Your explanation of how the South Korean legal system works is especially helpful for all of us who live elsewhere. Cabbage Khalid’s antisocial behaviour is hideous and unhinged. My heart goes out to his many victims. ❤
I would hate to be him. 😂 Moving the trial means it will take longer for him to get a judgement on the case. Living in another country for 4 months is a lot especially for a streamer! Daily cost would pile up immediately unless he rents a room and cooks for himself.
I'm looking at this in a positive way. This definitely gives companies and people he's victimized to come forward and more charges to come down upon him for his inhuman behavior.
If Johnny is stuck in Korea without decent living conditions are there homeless shelters and such? He is gonna be stuck there for several months. If he gets kicked out in the winter, the weather might hurt him or worse. What would happen if he truly becomes homeless without healthcare? What are his options?
Even charity organisations might find it difficult to help if they have to refuse locals on hard time for someone as rude and vile to their country and people. He could make an effort to learn the basic language and help at any charity willing to feed him. Or go rural and help an older community. Somehow I doubt he will. Wasted time and wasted life. By the time his SK saga is over he will have long be forgotten. However they mind need cabbage pickers in the USA.
Could we not use remaining money for the flowers to buy a proper used korean cabbage farmer attire and tools. Preseted him in front of court. And they really should give him a chance not to starve until court date, they should give him a work permit limited to farming and fish skewer work.
Newsflash Year 2080: Korean court finally allows the mummy of Johnny Somali to temporarily go home to the North American Empire before starting a new season of criminal trials set forth by the descendants of his victims.
That’s more months of anxiety for him and being broke. He can fake all he wants - you know he’s stressed out. And he will be dumb enough to post more stuff he’ll get knocked for.
His trial being moved in a sense is a punishment itself, it probably means he would be stuck in Korea in the next few months without being able to work and he needs to survive on his own without anyone providing for him. He can try his shenanigans during that time but it would be further digging in his grave.

Maybe one of them will think he has a "purdy mouth," and he can pay for his upkeep that way!😂😂😂
I wouldn't be surprised if it's announced that there are more charges against him in the next couple days or weeks. The trial delay is very telling and it doesn't bode well for Somali. Is it possible they rushed the initial charges to stage 4 / trial to make sure he was unable to leave the country? And now the "delay" is just pulling the timing back to normal since he's stuck now? Or was he already unable to leave as soon as the charges were filed?
They took his passport so he was unable to leave. His name and face would be in the system, he cannot escape. (Former LM videos brilliantly explained how it works in SK).
@@isiseungella4688 Right. I just couldn't remember whether they took his passport as soon as complaints were filled, or only after he was actually formally charged by prosecutors. Whether they needed to rush that process to the point of having a trial scheduled to make sure he couldn't leave before that point.
What the hell happened when you started? We went from Muted to you started speaking, and then my browser froze and chattered. Lets hope this delay is to move all the charges further along in the process. Either way this will kill Johnny boy financially. I am curious on what the process is for when Johnny can't afford all the fines that will add up. I know he can do labor if he can't pay it but how does that process work in Korea alongside any prison time he gets assigned ?
For some reason the idea of Johnny's soul being passed from one after life to a next because nobody wants to put up with his bullshit for eternity it's hilarious to me. Just this image of various gods that deal with the departed souls arguing over who gets him because none of them want to have to put up with him. Even the versions where he would have been sent to eternal torment. Nobody wants to deal with his presence, so hes just this wandering and essentially homeless ghost, but not even other ghosts want to let him join their places where they haunt.

Legal Mindset OF would be worth at least $5/mo. 😂
I don't know if you know this but Johnny owns a vape shop in Scottsdale Arizona maybe that's why he still had a way to get money love what your doing ❣️
We have status update. Question now is: How will Comfort Johnny make it worse?
What the hell happened when you started? We went from Muted to you started speaking, and then my browser froze and chattered. I restared my computer and when I cam back The "BELL" top right no longer had your 2 notices, and you were NOT in my history, and when I went to your channel there was yesterdays' live but no way to find you today at all. Suddenly, an hour later you are in the bell notifications.
How is it possible he can not work? He is posting all the time still.
If there is no trial, can you use your Taiwan ticket?
Can Ismael apply for a work visa while he is in Korea?
Lets hope this delay is to move all the charges further along in the process. Either way this will kill Johnny boy financially. I am curious on what the process is for when Johnny can't afford all the fines that will add up. I know he can do labor if he can't pay it but how does that process work in Korea alongside any prison time he gets assigned ?
Stay in prison until his sentence is done but also all debts repaid, no? He might have to farm for longer?
can you put timestamps?
I typically do clips like 24h after the stream
O man this is devastating for Johnny. How the eff is he gonna afford living in Korea with zero income
Do we actually know if he tested negative for drugs?
For some reason the idea of Johnny's soul being passed from one after life to a next because nobody wants to put up with his bullshit for eternity it's hilarious to me. Just this image of various gods that deal with the departed souls arguing over who gets him because none of them want to have to put up with him. Even the versions where he would have been sent to eternal torment. Nobody wants to deal with his presence, so hes just this wandering and essentially homeless ghost, but not even other ghosts want to let him join their places where they haunt.
