One day the mother dropped two babies (I think she ment to drop one because there were only two babies in the nest) Me and my sister found the babies but one of them was already dead. I knew that I'm not letting the one die so me and my family took care of it. We gave it fish and frogs and probably some other food. The baby stared following me everytime I went outside because it wanted food. A week after that I realized that I couldn't keep a stork at home so I thought it how to hunt then I slowly starting to teach him how to fly. It worked and at the end of summer he was ready to migrate to a warmer place where he would spend the winter.
@@jepi1228 I mean I kinda can. I have photos and videos I think. You have every right not to believe me, but I know that what I'm telling is the truth.
*disclaimer before you read! I didn’t touch the damn baby bunnies lol* I wasn’t allowed to, as I was never allowed to touch any of the baby animals on the farm and they were only in with her for three days before she ate them. I had a bunny when I was little that ended up being pregnant. She had all her babies and I was so excited, a couple days later I went to take care of them and the mom bunny had eaten all of the baby bunnies heads off. And that’s how you scar a child for life lmao
Bunnies usually do that when their babies have been touched with bare hands. Reason being that they rely on their smell to identify their babies. So when you touch their babies, you introduce a new scent that makes them smell weird to the mom, and she kills them. Bottom line, don't touch a baby bunny with your bare hands, wear new rubber/polythene gloves or don't touch them at all.
@@nomad7196 no its not. A close friend rears rabbits and experienced such behavior with the bunnies until he was told to stop touching their babies with bare hands and voila problem solved.
@@nomad7196 nope that's true. Something like that happens with rabbits. Especially with rabbits that are throwing for the first time, it can easily happen that the youngsters are rejected for no reason. The first time you generally don't touch young animals and if you do, it would be helpful to rub the mother's fur so that your hands smell more of her.
My bird killed her baby because it was purple in color, different than all her babies....it was my favorite bird...when I checked on the birds I thought it was the mom who got hurt but she was just ripping her baby's head apart....fortunately I took care of the baby for 5 days knowing it won't survive even if I take it to vet...rip purple🥺 I was actually really hurt, but its nature💔(UPDATE- Guys I uploaded a video of purple's life, check out my TH-cam channel pleaseeee)
Blues lifes it wasn’t because the chick was purple it was probably due to you not properly breeding your birds, if the mother bird was younger than 2 years then it’s likely she rejected it as she didn’t know how to handle so many chicks. Other than that it could’ve been that her nesting box wasn’t properly made or that she wasn’t getting enough nutrition. etc:
@@ryanpurrkins6860 they were all properly fed, she had 12 babies in total but not togther, purple was the last batch of her babies, they were learning how to fly, I checked all the babies to make sure none were sick, purple was healthy🥺, the unusual thing was her beak was completely black...other birds were brighter and light colored...but idk ig you could be right... the moms babies actually bred but were younger than 2 year, like much younger...she laid too many eggs and took proper care until they were born...but couldn't handle all of them properly, and I belive this is the main cause of not breeding properly....birds are weird omg
I think that if it has a brain and the capacity to feel emotions then with variant environmental factors and variances in development there can also be psychopathy of some sort present in members of such species. Think of how the guy said that such behavior of violence towards new borns seems to be hereditary.
Plz help stop Israel Zionists (nazi mentality) genocide against Palestine especially arresting thousands of children between 3-12 years old. 1) I know it's not your problem but your gov is funding them, so we need your support to spread the message 2) they own the media and use gaslighting to gain your support, there is alot of footage exposing them from unbiased sources just search Palestine on any social media even Joe rogan talked about it.
I know that feeling. Disturbed yet intrigued. Although i already watched a whole lot of brutal nature videos before. Ever hear about the TH-cam channel "Horror Stories"?
I think it's healthy to get a balance... it's why I watch serial killer documentaries..but also uplifting documentaries..it's good to have an overall view and know the signs of good and evil.
I don’t remember where I saw this; When a foal is born and can’t stand on its legs in 10 to 60 minutes after, the father or male leader of herd will kill the foal because he deems the baby to be weak. Mama will try to protect him, but may fail because of his aggression.
If it makes you feel any better. Most mares distance themselves from the herd for birth to prevent the foals from getting hurt by herd members. Herd members don't usually try to harm foals, most injuries from herd members at that age are from the mother's extreme aggression which usually leads to mild tussles where the newborn foals can get stepped on.

Me and my sister found the babies but one of them was already dead.
That’s really kind and very neat!! Gj!
Hiii Aoi how is life
Can u prove this in any way bc this sounds like bs
@@jepi1228 I mean I kinda can.

You have every right not to believe me, but I know that what I'm telling is the truth.
Aww that's cute!
Cuckoo: lays eggs on stork nest the Stork: kills cuckoo chick cuz she cant raise her Cuckoo: welp
Sadly if that happened the stork babies would be killed by cuckoo chick.
That is actually the reason why the cuckoo baby attempts to throw out all the other eggs out of the nest before they hatch.
I think it wont happen cuz the cucko grows much faster than the rest, and the stork will throw out the weakest
In many cultures stork it’s a symbol of happy family, the one, who brings babies. Maybe it’s time to change that symbol, I guess…
Well the stork is supposed to drop babies lol

*disclaimer before you read! I didn’t touch the damn baby bunnies lol* I wasn’t allowed to, as I was never allowed to touch any of the baby animals on the farm and they were only in with her for three days before she ate them.
I had a bunny when I was little that ended up being pregnant. She had all her babies and I was so excited, a couple days later I went to take care of them and the mom bunny had eaten all of the baby bunnies heads off. And that’s how you scar a child for life lmao
Rabbit = rabies + bite
My gerbil did the same thing.
Everyone’s talking about the hippo and no one‘s talking about how the stork literally shook the baby
was it dead before or did she kill it?
@@voltegeist971 i think she finished the little one
Its because shaking the bird is 100x faster and less painful for the baby. That or whats more likely, they get to keep it around for food :/
People kill their children. Maybe it's a deep psychological human behavior.

Blues lifes
it wasn’t because the chick was purple it was probably due to you not properly breeding your birds, if the mother bird was younger than 2 years then it’s likely she rejected it as she didn’t know how to handle so many chicks.

And by psychopathy I jointly imply the lack of proper development of the emotional faculty of course.

sad, but interesting, basically like the hippo herd
I saw this in a documentary about wild mustangs. Its one thing that really stuck with me and haunted me for a while
If it makes you feel any better. Most mares distance themselves from the herd for birth to prevent the foals from getting hurt by herd members.
Herd members don't usually try to harm foals, most injuries from herd members at that age are from the mother's extreme aggression which usually leads to mild tussles where the newborn foals can get stepped on.
