I have noticed a change in Gold Coast architecture, or at least images developers advertise with promising biophilic design - with hanging gardens, rich lush tropical gardens falling from walls and wrapping double height entrances.
But do they deliver on the promise?
Personally I find the Oracle Broadbeach look slabby and lacks greenery. Not as beautiful as say the old Monaco tower with is curved balconies and curved balustrades.

Fascinating. I need to learn to use the software so much better, and borrow my brother's books on chaos theory.

That voice is so soothing, I absolutely love it!
Don't get me wrong, this was an amazing talk that gave me a lot of different inspiration, but the voice just made it that much better. :)
