In just a few years, you can go from no cash flow or investing experience to owning a sizable real estate portfolio, with passive income flowing in and free rent, EVEN if you’re in your early to mid twenties. Not possible? Today’s guest would beg to differ.
Welcome back to the "Real Estate Rookie" podcast! Today, we’re chatting with investor Noah Sprimont, who has had quite the real estate journey to date. Noah became obsessed with the idea of reaching financial freedom through real estate while he and his now-fiancée were living with his parents. To fast-track his development, he not only immersed himself in BiggerPockets content but also took up several W2 jobs that would help him hone the skills he needed to become a successful investor. Laser-focused on making it in real estate, Noah dabbled in several real estate strategies before discovering the cash flow potential of short-term rentals.
If a bumpy start to your real estate journey has caused you to feel discouraged, you’ll want to hear how Noah was able to tackle his own feelings of self-doubt and fear of the unknown in this episode. You’ll also learn which skills can help you prepare for real estate investing, how to find flexible financing options for your deals, and what every rookie investor can bring to a partnership-regardless of the number in your bank account!

These are so much better than the main channel because you guys just dive into people’s stories, which is the best kind of content
I just want to hear the numbers
I agree! I love hearing about the journey.
I love when he said a big pile is just playing with your mind. Just put your best work forward and do one thing at a time and you will end up crossing everything of off that list. Thank you Noah! ❤
Loved this one - inspiration I needed today 😈
“One shingle at a time.” Love it!
100% love what you said... One shingle at a time and the pile will be gone in no time.
Alright fellow Iowan! I’m down in Davenport and investing here is great.
Hey another beautiful city on the Mississippi! Thanks for watching!
No economic mish mash ? investment there’s all good ?
Great video
I desperately want to do something in real estate but my current W2 pays more than what I would get shifting to a starting RE position! 😅😓😭
It's cool how you learned important skills on your journey. Your determination is inspiring. Keep sharing!
You guys are awesome! I wish I would have found you 7yrs ago when my dad left me a 3 family...😢and I sold it cause it needed work and had bad tennants...I didn't know what to do..I totally regret it now..
Wow this is crazy impressive!Keep up the good work!
one shingle at a time!!
I have a rental I make $3200 off. Its a long-term rental and I bought it 2 months ago.
@Lililnvestssame
Hey congrats, what type of rental, duplex or what? Also short term or long term?
And isn’t it a good investment so far so good ?
It's great, got past the permitting and it's fully rented. Sewer backed up on me last night so that was messy. But the plumbers who installed the new sewer at the sellers expense had some issues. But besides that great. Paid off the hard money
