I’m still working on getting my body weight a bit lower, but once I get there I have every intention of starting calisthenics training. Thank you for the tips and guides; they’re very well-presented! I look forward to putting them to use ☺️👍
I appreciate the notes on warming up specifically what will be worked out in a particular session, avoiding needless movements. I also liked that you specified the number of reps/seconds necessary, as well as paying attention to what's tight and needs more warming up. Simple principles, but for beginners like me, it's gold... Nice work on this. Thanks.
It was really educational video for many of us.Also it is good to repeat our knowledges :) I do some neuromuscular activation for my muscle around chest, shoulders and back, but without any resistance and i focus on maximal contraction in several reps.I found out this work better for me.Thank you for video about your access to warm up.
Simon, your sharing your knowledge this way is amazing and hyper clarifying. Please, follow this line of video making for the next ones to come. Thanks.
Any advise/routine for weighted calisthenics - especially when doing heavy weights? Also, what about full body routines done in sets and reps? Should I do warm up at the start of the whole workout or before a specific exercise?
The video I think is showing a man that is already warmed up. Running (no need to run fast) for 15-30 minutes or a crosstrainer/skiing should be sufficient to warm up. Then stretch for 5-10 minutes depending on what muscles to train and after that........
Nice vid but too advanced - no step by step explained. In fact, the First 3:40 mins could be deleted as most people would not relate to these advanced moves.

What is the benefit of back lever training?
Biceps, lats, and core. Less demanding than the front lever. It's a good progression towards it.
