A lawsuit going over the mismanagement of a Netflix show is not the same as proving every bad thing in dogpacks videos correct.
Five contestants coming out saying it’s true is not the same as it being true, that’s what the court is for and discovery. If it was criminal, this is what’s going to prove it.

@@swizinSimsI would say it’s a multitude of reason. But even ignoring the allegations it’s still a bad product. For starters is an obvious cash grab, they preach it’s healthier and better than the competition when it’s marginally better in terms of health wise and probably tastes slightly better or the same. This was Mr. Beasts go to when making his chocolate bars, he continually talked down Hershey saying it tastes bad and his chocolate is so much better. Idk if that’s exactly legal as it sounds somewhat defamatory especially since Mr. Beast is a competitor of the brand and not just giving his opinion. To me it just personally comes off a little petty.
Also all the products they released have already been done before by Lunchables it’s nothing new. They didn’t even have the decency to make new food items but just copy Lunchables and add a chocolate bar and prime.
Even if we completely ignore Mr. Beast and all the allegations it’s still a terrible product because of Logan Paul and Prime. Logan Paul has been scamming his audience for years, and Prime has multiple ongoing lawsuits and is not doing well in terms of sales. The Prime hype has significant gone down and I wouldn’t be surprised if Lunchly was made just to get rid of the excess stock.
The problem isn’t the product itself but the people behind it. They’re proven to be untrustworthy scumbags especially Logan Paul and only care about Profits.

Why are people so confused by dogparks employment at mr beast, he has stated this many times, he worked at the company for 3 weeks + some time before the trail period, and then when he was let go he was hired at a different company that worked directly with mr beast, he then left that company a few day before posting the first video. it surprises me that tom and others are sooooo stumped by this obv info.
But i guess i shouldn't be surprised Tom called dogpack a potential autist because he may or may not understand jokes, when tom himself thought that "the raccoon was a paid actor" was a genuine criticism and not a joke.

To be honest, the fact he doesn't seem to understand some of these very clear and simple points, or at the least chose to intentionally present them this way, makes me extra suspect of this entire video. Literally none of the points in that cease and desist letter have any actual weight for example, but Tom goes over them like some massive gotcha that completely invalidates all his info because of some crazy ulterior motive.
This entire video is very thin on actually solid points and really just comes across as a hit piece tbh. For what purpose I can't really say, maybe just views or exposure, or maybe just wants to bring another person down a peg like usual.

It’s clear Dawson did make mistakes, particularly with the James Warren segment, and it’s obvious he isn’t a perfect person with zero skeletons in his closet, but you could say that about literally anyone.
Dawson not explaining all of the details of his work with Mr Beast doesn’t seem like too big of a deal. Does it give us a better understanding? Yes, but I don’t think of it as too big of an issue.
Looking into Dawson’s past (while it does feel a little extreme) does give us an idea of where he’s coming from. It seems to me that he’s always had an odd feeling about Jimmy and his content, and he specifically joined as a way of gathering information in a more direct way. This does paint him in a slightly different context, but it doesn’t necessarily negate his first two videos.
The evidence presented about Locoya was definitely not the most concrete, but not only do they all line up fairly well with another, the number of sources is far greater. This segment had a lot more validity, and the fact it was later confirmed by another employee was something that shouldn’t be too surprising.
On the topic of those Jimmy clips being “an obvious joke”… are they really? Maybe it’s my own autism, but I know what a joke sounds like, and that sounded way too damn sincere. If it was meant to be a joke, it sure wasn’t obvious. Regardless of that, the interview clips are not jokes and there is no context being removed. Jimmy flat out admits to not getting along with women and having weird interactions. Whether this is him admitting to being a misogynist or not, it’s still an odd thing to say so casually.
I will dog him for the James Warren stuff. It’s been confirmed as false now, and the evidence he presented was incomplete. He has said it was allegedly, and he has admitted to his fault, but this misinformation is still going around. Is it possible James actually is an abuser or was 100% aware of the Ponzi scheme? It’s possible, but Dawson did not do a good job of proving that.
Dawson made a dangerous move, and now a lot of people do in fact believe that James is responsible for this stuff that as far as we know is false. He admitted he was false in text, but he should be making an addendum video to properly address the things he got wrong (assuming TH-cam doesn’t shadowban that either, it should get at least get a million views and at least partially fix this false narrative he helped push).
I’m still supportive of Dawson, I do still believe he does have some level of good intent. Of course he isn’t entirely acting out of altruism, but I don’t think he’s intentionally lying or doing this purely for the sake of making more drama.
It seems to me he wanted to point out some of Jimmy’s weird behaviour, and Kris Tyson being outed provided a perfect opportunity to discuss some things. But this resulted in a situation he wasn’t entirely ready for, with other employees approaching him to discuss their own stories, so on and so forth. He wanted to present honest information, but he was ill-prepared and made big mistakes in the process.
He did fuck up, and it would be best if he admitted to it on camera. But regardless, I don’t see this as a some mask off supervillain moment, it just means he’s not a saint and isn’t above criticism. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, yes he should address his faults in a more direct way than just tweeting about it, but I wouldn’t say this completely discredits him or takes away from what he’s done.
Tom also avoided talking about Mr Beast's blatant sexism within the company when addressing claims that were backed up by several people, which was quite interesting as he would say
Whether or not Dawson is a saint, people need to understand that in the grand scheme of things he doesn't matter to the allegations themselves that are out in the world for people to discuss now
Yeah, I dogged on him a bit for using the term “minor-attracted person” but I think as far as the situation as a whole goes, I don’t think anything short of a full blown “I was actually faking everything the entire time” would make me take Jimmy’s side.

Dogpack made some decent points about Mr.Beast when it came to the illegal lotteries, and him faking some of his videos. But sadly he also made a lot of faulty ones to try his best to slander Mr.Beast and James Warren by hiding behind the word 'alleged'. So almost everything Dogpack says would have to be taken with a large grain of salt at this point. His allegations would have to be gone through with a fine toothed comb.

You say "fans" like he's been an influencer for years. Reasons why people hate dogpack fans
The main issue I see is mainly aligations without proof, guilty till proven innocent is the norm, sad to be honest.
Lacoya Hill is a registered sex offender, who had sex with an 11 year old (he was 15, but that's still illegal and it's just "just kids" as some weirdo tried to excuse it elsewhere). Mr Beast knew this person was a sex offender and hired him anyway, then proceeded to move him around when rumours of potential SA were brought up.
Pretty much all other points are irrelevant, and the Lacoya thing has been pretty well substantiated which alone should be enough to sink Mr Beast. The DogPack fella should really have just focused on this one thing, it would have been a lot more effective IMO.

That still really doesn’t undo the damage, the video still was made. Commentary channels reported on the news and likely covered the allegation. It’s going to be spread and could fuck over someone’s career.

DogPack had a few legitimate complaints and got carried away with all the attention he got. Wanted more attention so started getting incredibly sloppy and throwing in theories along with a few facts scattered in. Sadly not only did he discredit himself, he caused many to stop paying attention. Anyone who truly wants to expose someone has to be very careful about only listing undeniable facts. Otherwise people will just start seeing that person as a scammer trying to get attention, or trying to get revenge over a personal beef.

You can pretty much make any unverifiable claim and follow it by "It came from a credible source (that may or may not exist)".
