My wife and I tried this restaurant at their San Pablo, Laguna location after watching this video. Unfortunately, my wife and I were both disappointed and underwhelmed. Our go-to Japanese restaurant, "Arigato" is located in Sacramento, California and is our benchmark. So if the taste and quality does meet Arigato's standard, then it's not a go for me. I might give this place another chance and try other dishes, but will skip this restaurant if I'm craving shrimp tempura, sashimi and/or sushi. My wife and I are going to try another Paps' recommendation, called Pabing's located in Calauan, Laguna. Hopefully, that place will not disappoint.
