I love missile ships
Here's a Nanchang build as a "middle finger to submarines" for level 25+:
Missile slot 1: Swarmer
Missile slot 2: Swarmer
Cannon: (Anything you want)
Grenade launcher: Ikara
Torpedo: Swordfish or Black Shark
Helicopter: Wz-19 or anything you want
AA: Garpun/Crotale

Planning to buy rf varyag. I was wondering if type 730C is a good air defense for it.

regarding your question Garpun is advised since Garpun is enhanced essentially version of 730C. Garpun has higher damage, higher critical chance and longer reach, range is important not only in defending against incoming missiles but specially against strike fighters and bombers.
Just Incase it's your level that's why your considering 730C instead of Garpun I strongly suggest you spam offline mode for xp and dollar save for Garpun and upgrade it will be more worth it.
The fs pang also have 11 air defenses

hello thank you for the comment. I Prefer SCALP missiles cause it's fast reload, speed and durable which makes it deadlier as it can punch through enemy defenses.

both ships are very good just need to adjust your playstyle accordingly and practice both ships in offline matches to be more familiar on how both ships perform in actual combat.

if you like cruiser then USS Long Beach is one of top ship and affordable as well.
if you like battleships then these video can help you decide which of the two Teton or Huaqing you will like:

for Submarines RF Belgorod is the best and JS Izanami is the more flexible and affordable option that can kill enemy fast and can get out of trouble faster than Belgorod.
if you love aircraft carrier or assault Carrier then you might like FS Fang it's relatively expensive. ROKS is also good but it's not out in market atm.

Is Black Shark a good torpedo for RF Admiral Ushakov?
hello thank you for your comment on this video we really appreciate it. regarding your question, blackshark is decent however its kinda mid range damage only you must find way to get atleast Spearfish torpedo for that ship. best will be Artemis torpedo but they cost a 1,000 artcoin to own.

If your level 25 or lower here's my personal recommendations:
Dollar ships Destroyer type: USS DDX, INS Visakhapatnam (D66).
Dollar ships Cruiser type: JS Ashigara and USS Villa Gulf both level 15 ships just need good equipment to compete.
Gold Ships Cruiser Type: Pytor Velikiy
Gold Battleship: USS Massachusetts
Artcoin/Battlepass Destroyer:
USS Michael Monsoor
RF Admiral Balsisty
CN95E Hangzhou
FS Swordship
Artcoin/Battlepass Cruiser:
USS Long Beach
Ashigara and varyag which one do U prefer sir ? I'm LVL 23 on the go to 24.
hello I'm very sorry for late response your comment was filtered and I was not able to see them. to be honest I like ashigara cause it's more maneuverable helps me hide faster in island or turn better in tight spaces. but Varyag is never a bad choice. both ships need decent weapon and defenses also lot of practice to be able to fight well.

if your fighting Belgorod destructive torpedo or swarm of Torpedoes it can, but just hide in the island when Torpedoes are heading towards you you'll be fine. having GL won't hurt but if you are careful you can fight without them.
can nakhimov be good?
It's good after the buffs but only if you have access to decent grenade launchers

hello for me if your planing to get used to the game and online pvp Varyag is a good ship though it's not intended to to head on with most top tiered ships it can hold very well as a back up or support role ship in your fleet.
Im buying Rf varyag i hope it wont be dissapointing
Hello go for it! I personally use RF Varyag in some of my PvP fight, you just need to have a good missiles and torpedoes also never go alone when you first use this ship as it need practice to be familiar with, use it in offline mode first so you can practice well before using it in online PvP fights.
Varyag has 6 AA

hello this list is strictly for Dollar ships only and for tier 3 level 20 players and above. DDG is level 25 if I'm not mistaken.

Those ships DDGX, Lider, D66 and CGX are all level 25, this list is for level 20 only (new players)
but yeah made mistake on Lider was infact dollar I mixed it up for Project 2145 😅 ( Gold Premium ship) cause Lider is Project 23560 🤦
which is confusing.
But yeah they are not here in video cause this video is for new players which is level 20 entry level tier 3 ships.
