Aldi in the USA, owned and operated by the German company Aldi Süd (Aldi South - the company split into a North and a South portion some years ago… it’s a long story), sells ready-made Glühwein that need only be heated a bit. I suppose you could heat it in a microwave oven!
It’s not completely horrible, but… just make your own!
