I had the time if my life listening to Nick and Jerry talk about A&C’s “The Time of Their Lives” goes to show the kind of life that I’m living lol. Another good one guys.
I truly wish the boys had done more films like The Time of Their Lives. It allowed both Bud and Lou to stretch really showing what wonderful actors they could be. I agree Nick, that POV shot into the well scared the daylights out of me as a kid.
I agree, "The Time of Their Lives" is THE Abbott and Costello movie that non-fans like. Infinitely better than that awful (really awful) "Little Giant". Sorry Nick, mocking and laughing at Lou's character is horrible, even with the nominal tacked-on happy ending. By the way, Nora was an indentured servant which means Danbury probably paid for her passage to the colonies and she was working it off or she was paying off some other debt to him like his getting her out of debtor's prison.
