What a fun Halloween tag/collab video! I love the look you created while answering the questions as well! I think my favorite Halloween decoration is still the traditional carved jack-o-lantern pumpkin. There’s something so nostalgic about it that really appeals to me for some reason. When I was a kid, we’d figure out ways to cook the innards (pumpkin pie, pumpkin cookies, or even pumpkin soup which is quite delicious) & we’d roast the pumpkin seeds to eat. 😋💕 Candy corn reminds me a lot of nougat. I usually find candy corn a bit too sweet to eat all by itself because it’s made mostly of high fructose corn syrup, but I promise that it tastes excellent if mixed together with salted peanuts! 🥜Being from Scotland, my husband is a big fan of the “Carry On” films& has tons of the originals on the old VHS tapes, but I don’t recall if he has the Screaming one or not, so I’ll have to make inquiries! Haha! 😄 (He was into the “On the Buses” films/sitcom as well, as he was a former coach driver for tours around Europe & the UK, so he found those particularly amusing.) 😉 The “Carry On” series seemed to be from about 1959 up though about 1992, so it ran for quite a while, eh?! I was always more into Doctor Who , especially watching the classic episodes during my university years .Our local public television station used to broadcast them late on Friday nights-episodes from about the Jon Pertwee years going forward through to Sylvester McCoy. Needless to say, I was absolutely thrilled when the series started up again in 2005. It’s quite amazing how long some of those programs survived on the air! These days, most TV shows are lucky to survive a handful of seasons. They don’t make‘em like they used to! 😉👍📺🥸🔍🎬🎦🍿🍫🎃💛🧡💛🧡
I love Cadbury too! We have some flavors here in the US but not everything. My sister went to London like over 10 years ago for a semester of college. She brought me back these mini Cadbury's that were all different kinds and also some hot chocolate mix and it was amazing!
Such a fun tag! We don't celebrate halloween that much in Sweden either, but I think it was more popular when I was a kid. Love the look you created btw! The Witch hat is so cute. 🥰
Yes I remember watching the Munsters growing up! That would be a fun collab. Melt is good are creating smoky grungy shades. Yum I love Cadbury chocolates too.
Unearthly made a munsters palette in last years Halloween collection it was called the 1964 I was gutted she had some left a month ago and I asked her to put it on the site to buy and people got it before I had the chance to get one xx
Yes, across the pond we say "candy" to mean both chocolates and sweets. Candy corn is humorously controversial: it looks like corn kernels, but tastes like sugar and plastic mixed together, to me; blech! Do your stores offer single-source chocolate? I love dark chocolates best of all, any shape. Do English children trick-or-treat? Or have Halloween parties or events?
