Short-Beaked Common Dolphins
Amazing footage sent to us by Guy Hatton who came across a curious pod of 20 short-beaked common dolphins last Saturday, 22nd July.
Guy was out on his boat when he managed to capture this wonderful interaction with a pod of commons, 1 mile off the coast of Fleshwick, Isle of Man. The dolphins spent roughly 1 hour bow-riding, leaping and swimming alongside the boat. The footage is so clear you can even see some of the scaring and nicks on their fins!
