Hearing loss due to facture in temporal bone can be treated? Is their any treatment if the hearing nerve is damaged?? Its been 1 year

The treatment depends on the type of fracture. If the fracture injured the ossicles, they can be replaced. If the injury is to the cochlea, that is a more challenging issue but still possible.
