That balance piston o-ring looks like a thicker o-ring than the one in my 2060S. I've got a slight drip to drain at times, and I've heard that doubling up on the o-ring or installing a thicker one can help if it's coming through the control disc. Any issues with turning the balance piston with a thicker o-ring?

I've got 2060s installed last week. When you say slight drip, is that at the drain port? I noticed mine does this occasionally when it's not regenerating but when in operation.

@@Beef707 Yes, that's where I "hear" it - dripping in to the drain pipe.

    Hello
I apologize for the vocabulary but I am writing from Transtalor (I am from Poland and I have a problem with the Polish service which is a failure)
I have kinetico essnetial 11, the equipment does not enter automatic regeneration mode, I disassembled it, cleaned it and everything works properly only in level 6 there was no element "Solitaire Check Stem" no. 15817
