Gotta agree with Sanjay Narayan below; this appears to be a shill for Springwell. At the very LEAST, I'm pretty sure that Aqua Professor sells Springwell systems. And if it sells Kinetico (which the narrator continually mispronounces), then it's receiving a much greater mark-up on the Springwell. My experience differs greatly: I'm under contract for a house with a Kinetico system installed, and had questions regarding the model installed, its efficiency, and whether more gear was needed. I spoke with an associate who checked the service address (it wasn't theirs), but still had a technician call me personally to answer all my questions. Your mileage may vary of course, but as of 14NOV2024, I just received excellent customer service from Kinetico ("kinetic", like energy, and "oh", the long "o" sound). I have to raise the BS flag on this TH-camr's opinion.
I respect your opinion and your unique experience with kinetico but I don't sell any systems, only review them. Based on my experience and studying consumer experiences, springwell too offers satisfactory experience in a budget-friendly price.
@@aquaprofessor So. You're comparing old fashioned technology to the world's most efficient water softeners? 🤣 This video made me chuckle. I'll stick with my Kinetico set-up that will get me 20-30 years of life. Why? Because it's built to last. It's made AND assembled in America. It's a professional grade product. Kinetico MAKES their own systems. Not some manufacturer that produces the majority of softening tanks and media for most companies on the market.Filters are easily changed by me. No service charge needed. Plus. I feel much better with having someone who actually KNOWS the system and how to service it. Not some random plumber. Plumbers don't know water Quality. Plumbers install softeners and "hope" that it's set up properly before walking away. People. Stay away from the lies this video is spewing. You pay more for premium products! I'll never purchase any other water treatment because Kinetico actually cares and knows water quality.
@@aquaprofessor 🤣🤣🤣 Kinetico sells the world's most efficient softeners and can PROVE it. Look it up through the WQA. So let me ask you something. Do springwells use soft, clean water when it regenerates? Or hard, dirty water when it regenerates?
No, we have declared tie with aquasure and fleck: th-cam.com/video/Zv9B-4tjmwE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=FWGm8ZjFwgAXeyCW and th-cam.com/video/MAI1L-bUeIg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=nOpYjWVyvxsAta6i i check with facts, springwell is a decent option but obviously not the only one
